  1. You can't make this up - we seem to go from one PR disaster to another. Friday night football geez oh - this must have been known about when members/season tickets were sold. Another own goal .
  2. Agree Lesser will not be ready for months - so ground sharing at Stenny will bring it's own challenges for us fans and the club. This was always going to happen given the delays caused by stadium plan A etc and it was a step to far to expect everything to be in place for League kick -off in league 1 let alone Championship. Need to wait for the official announcement in 8 mins and then see what they put in place for fans to get to Stenny , admission etc . Oh happy day
  3. Was wondering where to go for a pint before the game on Saturday - remember last time we were at East End Park and going to your social club is it still open?
  4. geez oh another poor performance after last week's we can't defend no-one to grab the game by the scruff of the neck and get us on the front ..... plenty of things for Mr Coyle to ponder .
  5. will depend on where our landlords finish in championship if they finish in 4th place i suspect they may be at home on tuesday 3rd and we will play on 4th
  6. The new manager/coach has rumbled on far too long. I thought the panto season had finished. CEO needs come out and say sticking with what we have got till end of season or tells us that candidates have been approached and that discussions are ongoing and that there will be an appointment made . Tell us something . I can't understand the attitude from some of the players recently surely they realise that they are playing for their futures don't they want to be be playing well and getting the chance to resign for next season. Yesterday it looked like they did not now what they were doing for the first 20 minutes. What's needed is a right kick up the rear as others have said get some fire back in their bellies. They are well paid and well looked after - it's time to start showing some return. How many times in recent games have we put good balls across the face of the goal and there is no one brave enough to make a run to get on the end of it. We have been crying out for a striker for months why oh why has this been allowed to rumble on nothing against the new loan signings but we needed a genuine front man . Answers on a postcard please.
  7. Murdoch's rag saying Paul Dalgleish in talks about head coach's job and Graeme Murty also interested . Another couple of names to be added to the list .
  8. So if we are unhappy about reading about this addition albeit on a temp basis in the press then we should contact the club and let them know how we feel.
  9. new coach to be appointed sometime after 3 Jan 2022
  10. Disappointing - to often we couldn't either keep the ball or find a team mate. better second half - but poor deliveries from set pieces which has been a recurring issue for the past few games. Thompson missing for next game lets hope some of the missing are fit to play covid and injuries impacted on the team but still... Good to see Jai back certainly offers something different + young goalie did well. Certainly room for improvement. Roll on 2022
  11. i'm sure members got a pie at the home game after christmas
  12. First half again chances going a begging Terrible second half performance matched only by the streaming . Big centre comes on and start knocking our defenders about and we can't handle it. Too many passengers today .
  13. well it is true Luca is back see the club web site - season long loan
  14. is it pay at turnstile or do you need to purchase a ticket for the game ?
  15. I've got the app installed much to my surprise as IT and me don't usually go hand in hand
  16. Did their goalie Josh Rae not make 1 appearance for us as an emergency loan a couple of seasons back?
  17. I'm sure that there must be someone who does within the club they just have not raised their head above the parapet but i could be mistaken and we are all viewed as greetin faced customers
  18. will we hear something today? surely but don't hold your breath.. noticed this on thistle website for their home game on Saturday All seats will be allocated with entry time slots provided. The seat allocated is not guaranteed to be your season ticket seat or located within the stand where you made your season ticket purchase. Probably something similar for the lucky 350-400 that eventually get details for the Motherwell match .
  19. lets not forget any e-mail comms recently have been signed off by El Presidenti. Should this not be the role of CEO ! As others have said club comms are very poor ,we have a home game next week and as yet still don't know if you as a member or season ticket holder will be able to purchase a ticket and attend. Get it sorted . Lets not hide behind Co-vid as any excuse for the comms issues because it does not seem to be an issue with other clubs.
  20. i did get an e-mail from the club on 28th june asking for my views on the proposed B- Teams in league 2 - maybe someone did not like my reply
  21. So looking at Boris's season tickets for other league 1 clubs would look like season ticket could be somewhere between £200 - £ 250 for 19 home games .....
  22. e-mail from club still waiting for it to drop zzzzzz What did it cost for a season ticket last year ? the members ticket has always cost a good few quid more than season ticket as it used to include coffee/tea and a biscuit and of course you get to go to the AGM lol - the good old days when you had a chance to vote on things . I'm not expecting that to happen in a pandemic but would like to know when is AGM. I'm sure that we all expected that it would cost more in League 1 to watch the team - why can't the President tell everyone what it will cost if you are not a member/season ticket holder but are a supporter who happily parted with his/her cash at turnstile week on week. It appears that tickets will be required for all to get into Firhill ok so can they be purchased on the day etc i remember going to broadwood and you had to buy a ticket from the office to get in will something similar be available - even if it can't happen until August then tell folk what they will be able to do . At a time when we all should be pulling together it appears that we are drifting further and further apart - that not good for all parties . Get it sorted .
  23. We as supporters/members would like to to be told what is happening as a new season fast approaches . The silence is deafening . There is a home game next week are fans allowed in? How much will it cost for Member/Season ticket holders etc.. I'm really disappointed in how the club is treating it's Members/Associates/season ticket holders with this no news policy Quite frankly I expect better from the people " running" our cluib.
  24. eh maybees Naw . Maybe us members, associates, supporters who frequent this thread we should all start e-mailing the club to ask what is happening - seems to be the only channel available to us. Will it make a difference - probably not. Scunnered the the whole communications thing since we won the league .
