Quite a backlash on social media so hopefully Netflix/Amazon Prime etc pick it up for a final season

    It’s worked!

The show will be concluded by either a move or a reduced season!

    Good decision.

  2. With Clough by Taylor

Read a few books on Brian Clough now, this take being slightly different as it was from Peter Taylor’s perspective whilst still at forest and before they fell out.

Fair read although a bit on the short side.     Always enjoy hearing about the great Scottish players that played for them and lifted European cups.

Gemmell, Burns, McGovern and of course John Robertson .

Back for a final season next Sunday 16th of February on channel 4 9pm.

Looking forward to the final season.
have really enjoyed this program especially the earlier seasons with Brody. Quinn character story arc through the seasons was a highlight for me and was quite a shocking end for him.

    Roll on Sunday.

    Well that was extremely disappointing.
Don’t actually care what happens in 2nd half now.

Agree with this. It really doesnt matter now. No one to root for. The sons of Ragnar, Bjorn aside are largely a disappointment.

Hvitserk story has been rubbish. Nobody cares about edge from the wrestling or the new character that has been introduced.

No sign of Rollo or Floki. Did Harald need to force himself upon bjorns wife if there was no scope for Bjorn to get revenge?

Did Harald and Bjorn really expect to win the battle just standing on a hill firing arrows?

ive started on the new anti superhero thing “The Boys” it’s looking promising. Will soften the blow of that awful ending.

Talbot have given more back to the community that you will understand.

Cumnock are the victim of their own doing. I.e poor advertising of their brand and poor performances on field.

Sold their park and are now part of the community hub.

Are you being serious? Poor advertising of their brand?

  6. His interviews are too generic for my liking

Be some characters in that dressing room...

Do you think that’s what’s wrong with young players nowadays?

Did your manager let yous out on the lash?

Tbf I quite like some of the interviews and usually listen to the Weekly pod but I was astonished it got a do at the Hydro.

The Twitter page is full of crawlers as well.  “Excellent as usual Si. “ “Slaney is god” meh meh meh

  7. Angel has fallen.

Gerard Butler has done well getting 2 sequels out of Olympus has fallen. Mediocre trilogy.

watched once upon a time and Irishman fairly recently and wasn’t overly impressed with either. Too long and no much really happening. Last 20 mins in once upon a time was good with the cult though.

terminator dark fate - expected better with Cameron back involved.  Arnies character explanation was a bit too easy. Hopefully that will be the last and they can leave the 2 originals in peace.

    planning to watch 1917 later.

Just had a look at the league tables there. What an absolutely incredible result for Kello Rovers!

Great result.  Delighted for the hard working committee.

Does anyone know when draw will be? Replays be next Saturday?

Is there anything that Daryl cant f**k up?

Can substitute Daryl for Mick and Bunchie as well. Constantly snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

  10. I’ve really enjoyed this but it’s probably coming to an end. Jon Voight has been carrying it 2/3 seasons at least. Eddie Marsan does a good job as terry as well to be fair.

The new management team seem to be hell bent on pulling what had potential to be an exciting young Nithsdale team to pieces and bringing in ex Saints, Dalbeattie and Threave players -- watched Nithsdale on Saturday against Saints and they had Graham Wright in goals ex Dalbeattie  -- he lost an absolute howler of a goal and that seemed to set the tone for a very abject Nithsdale performance -- Nithsdale have lost more goals in the 4 or 5 games that the new manager has been in charge than they had all season up till then -- it aint working Mr Cameron !!!!!....

Hell bent seems a bit much. Against St cuthberts the regular keeper was on the bench as he wasn’t feeling great (back in nets today)  team today looked nearly all local boys from what I saw. Do you know which other players from these clubs he will be bringing in or is it just the keeper?

    OZ

Recently finished OZ.  Had meaning to watch it for quite a while and finally got round to it. Outstanding. Writers were constantly able to produce good storylines and subplots despite being restricted to the prison setting.

Plenty familiar faces show up throughout  the series and there is a whole host of excellent characters, brutal storylines and shocking scenes from the very first episode.

JK Simmons portrayal of Schillinger , Terry Kinney as emerald city supervisor Tim McManus, Dean and Scott Winters as brother Ryan and Cyril O’Reilly, Lee Tergesen as Beecher and Eamonn Walker as Kareem Said  all deserve special mention.

Also Harold Perrineaus performance as the narrator has earned my forgiveness for his shoddy behaviour in Lost.

Best drama I’ve watched since the Wire. Highly reccomended.
