  1. I can see a change of tactics coming to let our forwards play their game. Maybe a 4-3-3 or a 3-4-3.

                                   Long

                Watson Dunlop Higgins

    Dunsmore                                 Slattery

                     Davidson    Agnew

       Wallace         Duggan        Dowds

So we (Edinburgh city)  have signed Chris Kane.  Was he a good / bad player for you? thoughts?

Decent in the air and a good organiser. A little slow of the mark but id imagine he has the brains for league 2.  Solid signing for you guys but i wouldnt imagine hes any better than the likes of Balatoni.

I have got a feeling  it will be difficult to replace the positive influence that Docherty has had on our squad, and I think that is probably why EF wanted to keep him (although I doubt if we were willing to match the 2 year deal offered to him by Forfar).

I will always be grateful to him for winning the ball in the dying minutes against Raith and having the courage to put the ball in for Agnew to layoff to Dunsmore.   :thumsup2  A lot of players in that position would have played it safe and settled for the draw.

Oh and if he scores a penalty against us next season some of our supporters will go into meltdown.

I seen duggan in dumfries on saturday (queens end of course) and looked a much better player than he was with us. More than happy if he came back.

  4. After watching the Forfar highlights im not worried in the slightest. I thought McGlynn would have strengthened your back line but thats obviously not happened. Davidson is more than past it and Wedderburn is non existant when it comes to helping out Gillespie defensively. I would expect another 3 points for East Fife on our next encounter. Mon the Fife

  5. What a bunch of bad losers first and foremost. I even witnessed one guy at reception with a young kid in his arms jumping about complaining about this and that after walking past minutes before and saying "are yous going to get an open top bus parade?"...   Complete embarressment as a whole really. Trying to tell us its not a big game your players celebration today said otherwise. Mon the Fife.

We certainly have options to freshen things up. Docherty or Slattery into the middle with Linton coming in at left back.

Guys like Smith, Thomson, Bell and McBride, who I don’t rate must now all think that this is their chance to get back into the team.

Having Linton back will give us more edge with set pieces. Id have Thomson back in the mix to give us something different as well. I think DY should have played Smith from the start on Saturday, we were missing a couple of key players and he would have taken the pressure off the rest of the team.

  7. I was more exciting about getting to the bookies to slap Arbroath -1 more than anything else. I said to myself Wallace will score as usual and we will concede from a corner as usual and what happened? Its getting very predictable now and they are still people defending this manager? He has failed to recruit a decent squad and fair enough hes trying to play the football but we have not got the players to do so. Montrose will win next week and no doubt we will dominate the game and they will win the game with a set piece. Dowds was signed as an amateur aswell as Kyle bell so that to me says the board are not backing this manager either because we arent paying any decent players decent wages? The club is going backwards now and i completely agree DY should have been sacked after the Brora game. It doesnt matter what we do now were floating on a paddle down shit creek.

I always found that telling them to watch the trains whilst feeding them pies worked a treat when my kids were that age.

Everyone says the same but hes very swtiched on and genuinely enjoys it. Missing goals due to toilet breaks is the worst part though. Sat there for 25 mins last week thinking we were still in the game and Dumbarton were 1-0 up

Does your club do matchday family tickets? Im looking to bring a 3, 9 and 11 year old to the game with me?

Standard pricing is parent and child is £20 and then you'd have to pay £8 each for the other two under 16s.

Does the 3 year old have to pay? He get in free at bayview every week?
