I thought Nightcrawler was hipster pish. I sometimes don’t mind those type of films (enjoyed Drive for example) but thought Nightcrawler was really disappointing. Far too desperate to be arty.
Drive is far more pretentious than Nightcrawler.

What will be the politics of the No campaign this time? Given the Brexit clusterfuck, they cant spout off about the wee guy leaving the big guy, so what do they have left?
'NO' wouldn't even have to campaign.
It's been proven that you lot secretly love being ruled over by us Big Bad Englishmen (BBE), it gives you something to do with your day.

I am absolutely not that.
Keep up, mate. You are a 'NO' voter. That means you're a bigot.
And a racist.

I don't think so. Why should a referendum's result bind the country for a generation, and a GE result only for a few years? People change their minds, circumstances change.
Because changing a government every 4 years is possible.
Doing the hokey cokey with the EU every 4 years just isn't going to work - as you well know, sir.
I use the Brexit analogy here because the northern regional 'Indy' referendum results would always be NO, just as it was in 2014.

We keep holding General Elections every few years. Should we abolish them and let the last one last a generation while we drag the corpses out of Westminster?
Are you deliberately making stupid points?

The Scottish parliament voted in favour of holding a second referendum pretty recently. Isn't that how democracy works?
55% of the region voted to remain only 4 years ago. It was a once in a generation thing they said, unless they lost... Which they did convincingly.

"We'll keep having referendums until we get the result that we want"
Very low understanding of democracy in this thread.

What is this mandate?
The fact that a vocal majority of YES voters (who are a minority) want it?

But, point taken.

Buys us a key bowl to put on the coffee table because I "leave them all over" the gaff.
It's actually pretty handy, as I now know where my keys always are.
She continues to leave hers in various places around the house, though, and gets into a hissy fit when she can't find her own keys.
