  1. Im waiting on the SNP to deliver on the rhetoric of "redistribution" which they manifestly have not done at Holyrood.Pointing at Labour policy is fine but the SNP are in a position to carry theirs out.Again no debunking of basic points.

PS looking forward to pumping you at weekend......at Somerset of course.

    Are you being serious?

    Political parties redistributing wealth!!!

The day a government party says £13 an hour minimum wage i'll believe it.

Once asked my ex Labour MP about this and i thought he was going to faint.

  2. If this mob can snap up the Fuzzy Afro type ragers that the media desparately try to characterise all SNP voters as like, that would be just swell. They can get those 100 votes per constituency or whatever and The Only Show In Town can continute breaking the BBC's infographics on election night and not have to worry about The Daily Mail and Scotsman's sit about on Twitter department.

Is this certain sections of the the SNP wanting to go back to its wee tartan heather shortbread Billy Wolf days.

  3. So anyway the past is past.

And since we're all Junior fans at heart i'll extend the hand of friendship to David and invited him along to Jimmy McGrory Park in Provanmill the next time he's off work to take in a game.

I'll happily pay his entrance money and throw in a few free drinks of his choice.

Btw, i'll put no time limit on it.

If David wants to wait till the next time Shettleston plays the Candy then that's fine too.

  4. Funnily enough there was probably more Candy supporters at the Petershill v Shettleston game tonight than there were Town fans.

I wonder if David2515 made it along.

I'll be certainly be interested to read his eye witness blow by blow account of the game.

He could maybe give me the raffle numbers.

  5. What was that all about.

    All seemed a bit surreal.

Not quite sure if those guys were there to watch Shettleston playing or to noise anybody supporting or playing for the team in Green and White strips.

Felt kinda sad as a Glaswegian that anybody is living their life with all that hatred in them.

I don't believe for a minute these guys had anything to do with Shettleston FC.

  6. Think people are writing off UKIP too quickly.

Outside of winning that one MEP their brand doesn't seem to work in Scotland.

Even more so when the said MEP chap came out the closet AFTER the event.

I doubt the LBGTI scene appeals to your average rightwing let send Johnny Foreigner home Scottish Unionist.

    Could be wrong though.

If anything ukip's Scottish attempts at the May election just helped fragment the unionist vote even further.
