Or the fact that Maryhill are just sh*te at home.

Final score 5-1 Shettleston who play their last game of the season at home to EK Thistle on Saturday, if they win then we're down, a draw or a loss & we have to win our last two games.

Maryhill's home record is worse that ours, 3 wins out of 12 games but one lives in hope. Their manager would rather be playing us next season than Shettleston...fact!!!

What a very good afternoon for us. A deserved 3 1 win and Wishaw beat Shettleston. Well done the players today, a few hairy moments but everyone dug in, no passengers. Shout out to the ref too who certainly wasn't a homer!
He was still poor though.

I'm assuming so but then again...who knows.

I live in the West of Glasgow so we don't really have any out & out shitholes but there a few well known "stab inns" if that counts. I've been in some dives in the farther reaches of Ayrshire & Lanarkshire though, mainly ex-mining villages.

A local steel fabricator has offered to build a new one or refurbish the existing structure. I'm not sure what the cost will be or if anyone has even spoken to him yet but the offer is there.

It might be incorrect but I have been told we have Cree and Bissland suspended for this game. If so, lack of drive from middle to front will be a problem.
You are correct in your assumption sir so we may well struggle. Good article on Jamie Waddle in the Clydebank Post btw.

Maryhill at Lochburn Park on Saturday, 2.00pm KO. Maryhill were extremely lucky to beat us earlier in the season so fingers crossed.

Yep it's been a horrendous season. A decent first half but like the previous week, our defence fell apart after the break. Cheap, cheap goals to lose. I haven't looked at the other results to know if 4 wins in the last 4 will be good enough. Not sure we're capable of those results to be honest.
Even if we do win our remaining four games I don't think that will be enough. No game on the 20th, Maryhill away on the 27th then nothing until 18th & 25th May (Lugar Boswel & Wishaw respectively). We will be relying on results elsewhere & tbh we could be relegated long before our games in May.

Wishaw are in our sights but have 3 games in hand on us.

We're running out of games & playing the top two a week apart doesn't help but Saturday's result should boost the team's confidence no end. The teams round about us all have games in hand on us too.

Rossvale to ground share with Benburb
in Junior Football

We shared with the Ants for about 6 weeks recently & while we don't have the biggest home support in the world hardly any of them made the relatively short trip to Govan to watch us so the chances of the Rossvale support travelling there, would, I suspect, be small. McKenna Park has a great pitch but it's wide open to the elements.
