You are 100% correct , most of the time taken is separating all the different materials as it is taken down rather than knocking it all down then trying to separate , metal , wood, plastics and rubble ready for collection

Majority of what I get is already out there on some forums , majority is speculation , I think majority of people know when signings are being announced , I follow a guy on twitter who seems to know who is signing long before me , the other day he was posting initials of the 2 new signings before I knew their names ( I knew we signing 2 players but not aware of names) as from today though I can not post any teasers or rumours as I will be in a position of ITK so to speak so must keep everything private

I thought if he did not sign contract he was offered he could walk away for free , the number of games meant we had to offer him one

We did not get rid of Daire , he triggered a contract extension based on number of games which meant we had to offer him a contract , ever since finding out he was becoming a father he was always looking to return home to be nearer to family on both sides , believe even if we offered him a raise he was always going to return home
