  1. Of course that makes sense .... as it would to determine the "champion" 6th place though, especially as it does have something riding on it.
  2. Understood but that same argument applies to the 1st place team too
  3. Wonder why the round robin approach isn't used for determining the "winning" 6th placed team? Clearly the same dates would be available
  4. There's been chat on here that the East Region Juniors are considering splitting into 2 regionalised leagues. Are you saying both would be Level 6? How would that work for play offs?
  5. From my own personal point of view and only my opinion I would prefer EoS down to the fact there's bigger games to attract players to which I believe is a great set up of a club and lost out on a few players due to our league set up. But that's just me speaking for myself now I've done half the season in our current set up Come on in, the water's lovely! Mon the Hoose!
  6. Having seen all the games involving Blackburn and the top 4 I'd pretty much agree with drs. The 4 are well clear of the chasing pack but I'd rate Camelon 4th on what I've seen. Jeanfield were excellent, even with 10 men, and I could see them capable of notching up a winner against broxburn or Linlithgow. However, both those 2 looked pretty good quality outfits unlikely to drop many points out with the top 4.
  7. Kind of ironic given that the Juniors is all about "the history"
  8. Conference B looks like the "Group of Death" for top 4/5 spots
  9. They applied to the East Juniors without giving 12 months notice
  10. Agreed. Even as a rule for controlling movement of clubs between regions it is poorly written. Imagine a club gives notice in January, would they start their fixtures in the new region in the following January?
  11. Yaaaassss, finally a team I can get behind :-)
  12. My laddie plays for the club and is really looking forward to the move. He came through the boys club and would have loved a U20s league, is looking forward to playing at new grounds and is hoping for a chance to play in the big Scottish in the future
