Worrying thing would be if he signs for Aberdeen and we've not even put an offer for him, especially with the JC cash coming in, as I would find it strange if he chose them over us if it was a straight choice..

Would be gutted if hendo did go up there, shows the ambition the dons have though to challenge for 2nd next if they do though. Cant really see it as they've already brought in Christie but we'll see

Gutted to see JC leave, but nice to see these sort of deals getting done early in the window so we have plenty of time to bring in quality replacements

Not a fan of this celtic love in at all tbh; Hibs are my team, followed by a scatter of non league sides I go and watch.

Surely could still get a loan deal on the cards? pay a percentage of his wage, so Blackburn save a share. If not, hopefully we can move onto another quality target.

A daft rumour page, could see forster going your way but can't see the need for Lindsay with Efe just coming in. Mulgrew's a cert though

Any juicey rumours going about? Worst part of summer is the lack of football, only wildly speculative rumours get me through

Anyone got link to the info on our coaches running to Hampden this season?

Perhaps there's a bigger budget at Dundee, but with the championship being so open next season, Ross has every bit of chance to have a go and get St Mirren challenging at the top. Whilst getting that 6th position with Dundee would be a slim potential at Dundee. Think another season at St Mirren, continuing on the momentum that he's got, would give him better career options.

Torn between who to want to win this one. Hamilton is an awful away day and pitch to play on, whilst the bitterness within me wants United to suffer the same ordeal we have..at the end of the day I'm sure I won't be too bothered. Would a United win mean that Murray will stay, or is his move to ourselves all but confirmed?

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but is Ian Murray in the mix? I seen an article in the evening news and he was talking about managing/coaching in Norway, but he might have eyes back to Scotland? Unless it would be a step down for him/Raith wanting better..just thought id pitch that. Quite interested to see what happens, hope you guys bounce back up.

Stanton is the best of that lot.
Seconded, funny how Stanton, who probably had the best prolonged period in the first team, is linked with the one of the worse teams in the that list. I know Harris had that great spell, but has been a shadow since his injury, and Handling has always been quite average without shining too bright, however has been out for practically a whole year. With both the club and players interests in mind, letting them go would be best.

I've only seen a handful of games this season, however out of seeing Hibs play Morton, Dunfermline, Falkirk and Raith, id say the Pars have been the most impressive team I've seen come up against us. They were unfortunate to lose El Bakhtaoui after last year, he's the sort of player i'd take at ER, and if they had kept him they could've easily continued their run this season. There are certainly worse teams in the league

Its becoming pretty clear, that beating the cup holders in the play-offs last year is going to a highlight for many generations of Falkirk fans now
They did have to endure against a very strong Killie team to be fair..

What will it be this week for Houston, the refs, or budget?

Would miss Mcginn but if some team comes in with a healthy bid in the next week, id get it done as soon as, that's if he does want to go. Need to get preparation nailed this season, so getting players in and out early is vital. Would of course love him to stay, but wouldn't say no to another couple of million, to then use that to bring in more talent which we could probably profit from in future sales.
