  1. Thanks for your concern. Now, I'm sure you have something better to do on a Sunday afternoon.
  2. No argument with you at all. Indeed I am grateful to you for sharing the club's position, something they don't appear to feel any obligation to do with mere supporters. It's a kind of pointless conversation I guess, as we have established that no one thinks that the hideous pavilion as it has been built is a good idea. Can't make it to Dingwall today. Interested to see who makes the starting 11.
  3. So we built the "hospitality stand" because that generates more revenue than a stand with several hundred supporters? How does that work when, as a result of Lesser's tiny capacity, we can't actually play our games there?
  4. Sorry not buying this. As far as I can see, the way the "hospitality stand" has been built effectively renders that whole side of the ground useless for any other spectator facility. Surely they could have incorporated a hospitality facility into a stand for "normal" fans . That way you maximise income from hospitality & "real" fans. I would also assume you get more hospitality income in a stadium you can actually play your games in. On this we are in agreement.
  5. I don't particularly like the kits and us scoring lots of goals wearing them, whilst generally making me happy, will not make me like them any more. But ultimately, its no big deal. in 12 months time, we will have a couple of new kits which will hopefully be better.
  6. Had £10 on QP to win the league last season at 50/1 - unsurprisingly such generous odds are not being repeated. Thinking of going for a Scottish Cup (150/1) & League Cup (200/1) double. My £10 would net me £300k if my maths is right. if you are an Airdrie fan your £10 would get you half a million. Can't see the flaw myself.
  7. I see QP women are down to play their games at Lochinch. Are there spectator facilities there? I though they might have played at Lesser.
  8. I am becoming worryingly optimistic about the new season.
  9. Hope we don't get kicked out the league for fielding an ineligible head coach.
  10. This might suggest we won't see much more in the way of signings. I guess it depends on how many youth players they feel are up to joining the first team squad. and how much Robin sees eye to eye with Marijn. I see Luke McCormick & Lennon Connolly scored against Linlithgow Rose yesterday. On a side note, I wonder if we might see a new shirt sponsor -Scotts were only announced as sponsor for 2022-23 and after a small flurry of activity at the start have been pretty anonymous. Return of the Bru, anyone?
  11. It's such a shame because everything else is so good. Lots of promising youngsters, a first team squad that's probably only a right back (and some back ups) short of being competitive. A coach who seems spot on. I think the footprint of lesser hampden is similar to Starks Park which has a capacity of nearly 9k. Even if it was a bit less than that, lesser would have been fine for us but as things stand it's hard to see it ever being much more than 3k. I am confident someone will correct me if I am talking shite ( which is perfectly possible)
