i chucked my season ticket when they kept him on. so so so disappointed in his appointment. in my mind he was as guilty as eddie for our woeful performance. in fact as eddie was taking advice from him so why wasnt he sacked with eddie??

and a guy who was happy with his academy role, didnt want the first team and was pushed into doing it....and pressley as his assistant, stabbed in the back by pressley who we then give the reigns too....bod have made some serious ball aching mistakes in past. dont blame eddie he was out his depth and out of a job 6 months later

wheeeeeeee! free fall. hope to the big yin upstairs that the squad get the trench mentality and pull together and fingers crossed get something out of the game tomorrow. all this doom and gloom has really put a damper on my mood in recent days. if they crumble and get trounced, as will probably be the case trying to promote the club to a new suitor will get harder and harder. as well as the team confidence as it is, being non existant. on monday when hartley went, initially it was jubilant joy and over the past few days it has slowly eroded to a depression when hearing all the usual suspects being banded about. then once hearing the preferred choices with this league experience have stepped back its now at rock bottom. the board need to take responsibility for this mess and heads should roll. i have no confidence in the bod appointing a miracle worker and unless the squad within themselves decide to prove a point and play with heart, desire and for the jersey it doesnt look good for coming season and all the relegation talk will become a reality. maybe mr young will have different tactics from hartley and will make something out of them in short term to give us a glimmer of hope. my worry is that he bought into what hartley tried to do and persists in tactically following suit, thinking it will come good.....

thing is we are over a barrel and need to be careful who we appoint. we are absolutely gash at the minute its a win win situation forever comes in. if we stay rubbish then he can blame hartleys signings if he turns it around he is a hero

im of the frame of mind i dont care as long as its someone who can take the current squad and make them competitive with reasonable tactical savvy. old and experienced or young and inexperienced with bright ideas. dont care as long as they can do the job. i would have liked mccall but thats out of the window now ho hum

agree it needs to be right. lets not feck it up again. bring in someone who can become a legend. already think this season is a goner (or at least we will be treading water until next transfer window) with current squad.

on twitter lewis from ffc tv states they were in a closed dooors meeting discussing appointments this afternoon. ongoing process. time will tell. we will just need to wait until a decision is made.

dont think any of the listed contenders inspire much confidence to be honest. dont know who i would want. still kind of disconnected with club at present. i wonder when they will make a decison/ announcement, they have stated it would be quick but i dont want a snap knee jerk decision, we have missed the transfer window now any way, so please get it right. and is there anyway we could reinstate the academy as the consnsus is by all looking in that this was a poor decision to get rid of.

think the support like myself will be relieved that hartley has gone. anyone coming in just needs to go back to basics and try and sort out defence first. dont lose a goal then we have a chance of hetting a point on the board. season right off now unless its a miracle worker brought in.

this is my worry. but then if their out of work and have mortgages to pay. who knows? also have that excuse like hartley had that it isnt their players and cant be held accountable until they bring in their own players.

gonna be interesting stuff next few weeks, wonder who applied and was on short list when hartley was appointed, that havent been snapped up?

statement of intent would be good. if they are happy with direction of how the club is going then we know. will they give him a time limit a further 5-6 games to turn it around? keeping him for long haul? looking to bring in a few more players or review recruirtment options....fecking something other than silence and hoping we all shut up and go away.

less of the sarcarm why wouldnt they monitor forums for feedback on what us paying punters think. also been plenty of feedback on their social media but not one reply, especially after that debacle on saturday. im sure they have received one or two emails on the subject too. p and b is probably the most used and largest spfl forum on the net it would be common sense to dip into it now and then to check reactions - good or bad. just saying.

at this rate we might be well out of sight at the bottom come the new year for any new guys to make an impact. we need action now before we are well and truly fecked.

i want the board to take action pronto. they ultimately rightly or wrongly backed hartleys plan and so need to take account and responsibility to get us out of this mess before we get any worse if that is even possible. currently we are in free fall at mo.

why isnt dunne getting a game? or robson? or mckee? surely these guys must be chapping hartleys door asking why not, since first team players are woeful.

okay maybe should say cant see hartley getting sacked soon, bod will want to give him as long as they can get away with.... better?
