Correct - but don't let the part time/once a season/left a long time ago detractors on here use that as an excuse not to have a pop. The Ek Clyde thing was always going to make him a divisive figure and undo - to some - all of the sterling work done in saving the club. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but when the man stated the only option available at the time was to change name and move - I believed him and still do. Things have changed. What's not changed to me is his commitment, like all of the other CURRENT board members, who put in thankless shifts with out much recognition. Many have stated on here how good and attractive a team we have on the park this season. Yes the manager is box office and is key in getting these players in, but he always thanks the board of directors for allowing him to secure these players. I'd much rather have a JA in and around the club than publicity hungry, name dropping, blazer chasing whores like Bobby Gracey, Garry(weird spelling) Ballantyne, David Dalziel, Tommy Smith, or anyone else whose vision resides on the back of a fag packet, and the clouds of smoke that emanate from them. IN short I'd rather have those tasked with running the club to have the club at heart and not themselves.

I would argue that since BF recognised what was needed at this level in January 15, and although the number has been many, he has made many more good signings than bad.

Don't disagree, but surely we are not at a level where we can write off players before they play let alone before they have even signed?

It shouldn't be unreasonable, but Clyde fans quite often post on here in match threads, heavily weighed down by other motives - and that's not aimed at you. Even at the game on Saturday there was choice words between fans. I don't subscribe to this I've paid my money so I can call someone a useless c&^t theory. We have some of the best fans in the league when things are going well, but some of the worst when it isn't. Even during Saturday's game, fans were well behind the teams when the scores were even at the various points, but unbelievably negative imo when we went behind.

Says who? Ferguson has a marginally bigger budget, more to do with historical debt being cleared, as we all know our income streams are not getting better. Again, massive over reaction to our third league game of the season.

You'll need to refresh my memory as to when Shawfield was on the agenda. I don't have any inside info into negotiations with the other sites so you may well be right, nor do I have this consistent feedback you refer to - although I would suggest such feedback would not and should not be In the public domain.

Not sure if this is a poor attempt at a wind up or not! The worse thing that could happen is that any potential move is scuppered as another group is undermining the official one. Not withstanding how amateurish it looks, it makes the club look like it's fragile and undeserving of any type of partnership. Don't know you from Adam or whether you work or not, but would you really see no problem in someone coming from another company and suggesting on your behalf without your permission how you should do things? You also point out various moves to other sites as failures on the board's part, when it could be argued that the failure came form the other sides of the tables and the club refused to settle for anything other than the working model they are seeking. Finally, this other group based on previous experience are not fans, they are power hungry whores, who like to get pictured with pink strips, yet are that stupid they cant even bring up there military coup at the right time at an egm. Yeah - no harm at all !
