  1. Marr was a great player but is far to injury prone now of days
  2. Under whelmed and surprised with the Buchannan signing to be honest. The past two season he has been in different and long periods of injuries. I would think past his best will probably be used coming off the bench. Hope to be proven wrong.
  3. Any word when season tickets costs and when they go on sale for next season ???
  4. Yeah it is true Goodwin will leave us. May not be the first club come calling but he will leave us as Alex Totten left for Falkirk in November 1982. Fuckin last time we probably finished above you in the league.
  5. If you want my comeback, you’ll have to scrape if off your mother’s teeth.
  6. Tend to agree Just hope his head isn't turned as Hartley was never the same after that time he was interviewed for Inverness of all fuckin teams
  7. Rumour is that The Dundee chairman wanted to give Goodwin the job but said Lee Sharp wasnt experienced enough to be his number 2 so Goodwin said forget it
  8. It's better to let someone think you are an Idiot than to open your mouth and prove it. I guess you prove that even god makes mistakes sometimes.
  9. "Press down the clutch, put it into gear, then slowly ease off the clutch again. Bob's your uncle -- you're driving!" So why not do the same as Mr Greive and piss off without a trace
  10. Gutted but inventible right time for JG think it’s wrong club https://www.eveningtelegraph.co.uk/fp/jim-goodwin-sets-out-dundee-transfer-targets-after-alloa-compensation-agreed/
  11. I would not disagree with your assessment of DY. Petrie is my choice very impressed when watching Montrose during the season. I don't think compensation would be a big issue.
  12. https://www.eveningtelegraph.co.uk/fp/jim-goodwin-now-favourite-to-be-named-new-dundee-boss-this-week/?fbclid=IwAR3k4T
  13. Would suggest us being in the championship would be a big pull for him. He may see it as next logical step on his on his career path. Undoubtedly MM will surprise us with some one unexpected as he did with Jim.
  14. Why don’t you go f**k yourself cause nobody can be bothered with your drivelling shit
  15. It was first away game of the season and we never won another game away form home that season.
  16. It's his 3rd account since he was banned as Wasp1. What he lacks in intelligence he makes up with ego.
  17. Player/manager? Absolutely for me. We've done it before, McCann, Garner, Sullivan and Goodwin spring to mind. Personally not in favour of player manager. As pointed out Gardener inherited a great squad from Alex Totten and destroyed it over a season and half. Landed on his feet by getting taken on as assistant manager at Aberdeen before Ferguson exit. My ball Sullivan was another massive failure as well by having to take every set piece and trying to be lynchpin in central midfield wen his legs had obviously gone. On several occasions became embroiled in a war of words with the fans.
  18. Personally I would like to see us appoint Stewart Petrie when the inevitable happens and JG leaves us.
  19. Need Big Jims position sorted out as soon as possible as BBC are reporting Gordon Strachan has held talks with Dundee chief executive John Nelms about an advisory role at the club. The former Celtic manager, sacked as Scotland boss in 2017, is reportedly being lined up as technical director. Dundee have interviewed Alloa Athletic's Jim Goodwin for their managerial vacancy and had an approach to talk to John Robertson rejected by Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
