  1. Aye, the HMFC thread never has any fans of other clubs slithering around it, likes.
  2. Plus, when beating Hibs at Hampden becomes a major honour, we will be more decorated than Real Madrid.
  3. Good point. Poor wee put-upon lambs that they are. All they want to do is be bigots in any Scottish town they please. We should organise a candlelight vigil.
  4. Be worth it just to see some rancid mhank from Midlothian all over STV News for getting himself a leathering whilst drunk and angry in the Dalkeith high street.
  5. Just a guy that rattles around Midlothian, a county with zero connection to the filthy rancid football club you support, whilst stating how much you despise the people there who support a more local club who have had supporters from the area for over a century? What did you expect when you moved there likes? For everyone to be dead impressed that some utter fud from the Gorbels moved there and likes to scuttle around the streets in an unwashed mhank top? Away and give yer heid a wobble you bigoted mhanky spunk-trumpet. Celtic are fucking vermin, just like their blue cousins.
  6. On a tenuously related topic, has anyone else noticed that Paul McStay looks like Darth Vader when he takes his mask off in Return of the Jedi?
  7. Probably should. I would prefer them to win the league rather than their cousins. The less money the *** make to cover their expenditure the better. Both are scum anyway, so no real pleasure in either winning it.
  8. Don’t worry, I am pretty certain Hearts supporters hate you even more. Especially glory-hunting arseholes from Midlothian. Bigoted entitled trash to a man.
  9. Ach well, just see what happens, and wait for Killie to f**k up so we can start playing the kids.
  10. Let the records show how much you enjoyed this. You are also now entitled to stick a star on your forehead to signify this. It’s what big teams do.
  11. What do your instincts tell you? You always appear to be a more level headed sort than many on here.
  12. Can you expand a little on this idea? What would a star for winning the league look like? Is this a thing anywhere? we probably tolerate stars for trivial shit a bit too much in all honesty… like the friendly between the European Cup winners and the Cup winners Cup, or the titles bought by a completely new club pretending to be a winner of titles. We could maybe just start giving stars out for not getting relegated? Quite the achievement, reading online forums…
  13. As an outsider, and doubter of your new link-up, can anyone give me an idea of the quality of loan player that you guys are expecting to faff about on the pitch next season? Do you expect the better loan players to arrive in January, like this season?
  14. A trophy is ‘a bit much’, but I absolutely believe that little trinkets, (like wee bracelets or tiaras) would be a nice gesture, to appreciate the effort put in to avoid going down in the ‘Relegation Group’ of the SPFL Premiership. The semi precious stones embedded in the tiaras could be ones that are similar to the first team colours of the combatants.
  15. That demotion turned out to be the big reset that we needed. We got rid of the no-hoper Stendel, and we build the foundations of the squad that we have today. It also imbued us all with a wee sense of f**k you. We would maybe still be stuttering along without the improvement had we not went down. Maybe an argument to be had that by not getting relegated, it has allowed a pretty pish Aberdeen side to stutter along for too long without addressing their glaring and fundamental deficiencies?
  16. Good lad that @VincentGuerinbloke. Talks a lot of sense and is articulate in his delivery.
  17. We leave that sort of thing for big cup victories. Attended three in my life, and all were for the Scottish Cup. Great memories and great times. I was also able to celebrate in the stadium beforehand and witness my team’s players lifting the cup. 1998 was possibly the best, because it was a very strong Rangers side we beat on the day. The other two were against vastly inferior sides to HMFC. Don’t even think I had a toast when we skelped the Championship either time. Back on topic, it was good to see the fourth and fifth biggest teams in the country rallying a little, because with Dundee United back up, they might toil again to push for the top six. That would be a shame really. There should probably be a trophy for winning the bottom six/relegation group. A sort of encouragement to keep going after being so hapless in the first three quarters of the season.
  18. On winning! It’s not something that happens too often. Let’s hear it for the lads…
  19. It wasn’t analysis, it was a prediction. Agree that ut was decent though.
