  1. Has there been any 'thing' by the club recently that has gone smoothly and without a hitch, talking about off the field. Charms of being a small club I suppose.
  2. I mean, that would be the turnaround of all turnarounds. Going from being first out the door, to playing well in the cup, to being 'fine' in the league, to becoming an important player worthy of a new contract. And I would say he's already had a chance, the entirety of it last season. And he was judged surplus to requirements for this season.
  3. Had completely forgotten about him with Amartey taking all the spotlight. The fact that he didn't shows where he's ending up. Quite the little group forming of these type of players, almost have enough for a starting 11 by seasons end.
  4. A defeat next week and I think Smith and Mathie might start exploring the possibility of a managerial change.
  5. Inspiring the next generation to Somerset literally by all accounts today.
  6. Well another £22 saved, sounds like we are on the way to another comfortable 4 nil pumping. Last Friday was a massive outlier.
  7. That wouldn't by any chance be the lad that got knocked over by the steward is it?
  8. Even the Heaven's Gate lads still have a functioning website. And they're all dead.
  9. Aye I think Bullen really has to adopt the if they score 4 we'll score 5 mentality for this. Would start Senga just to throw in a wildcard option, someone Raith won't be able to account for. If he is more conservative in his approach I can see a drubbing on the cards.
  10. I mean, it's not that hard to understand how they could get it so wrong, not like we don't have previous for that kind of thing. And I expect that saying he played well in the cup is an indication of how they truly could not get any of their summer targets
  11. The Best I've seen McAllister play is the few games he had as a CB. I assume his natural position is RB, but at Ayr he seems like a player they are still trying to figure out where he's best at.
  12. 3 away games in October, not sure if that's a good or bad thing for us. Nothing less than a win against Airdrie will do, hopefully a robust encounter between the two to set up for the home game in December.
  13. Actually in disbelief in what I was watching from QP in those highlights. Truly amazing. Hopefully Dowds hasn't kneecapped himself from that goal celebration.
  14. The squad should gain as much confidence from those set of results today as they did the game last night.
  15. I mean, we research every opponent obviously. I assume the problem that the game plan Bullen comes up with is shit, or just wrong, or he doesn't have the players that can implement what he wants. It seems like last night was just ridiculously easy to plan for and implement. And a big thanks to QP for that.
  16. How exactly do you "build" or "take a step backwards to move forwards" on an 8th place finish. Never really understood that sentiment, even more so when you have a 2nd place finish the season prior.
  17. That should galvanise the support a wee bit, and a cheeky wee home game next week to capitalise on that and hopefully build some momentum...
  18. Now that Wattoo has retired I see we have a new heir to the throne.
