Thought Rome Odunze played well. McCarthy had a better game than Penix, but seemed to have all day to throw.
Was nice to have a Final that wasn't just SEC teams.

Hoping our Assistant GM gets a Head Coaching gig. We'd get 3rd Round Picknin both 2024 and 2025.
Has an interview for Washington job and turned down Cardinals GM job last year.

Congratulations to Marnie, a stellar effort.

Buccs did struggle against the Panthers though.
Cowboys Packers, urgh. Just need the Patriots to complete the Triumvirate of Evil.

In a stunning turn of events Jason Verett has suffered a season ending injury.
In fairness, a season ending injury at this juncture, could just be a nasty cold.

Indeed, Happy New Year y'all.
Utter shite. Defense can't stop shit and Walker looks likely to be out of the final must win game.
You're doomed anyway, we never beat the Packers.

I know it's always nice to beat your divisional rivals, but wouldn't the Patriots be better off losing today?

Good start from the Raiders, but can they keep this up.
Let's hope so.

That'll be 29 years of next years...
28 for Villa, I feel your pain.

In Scottish football, if Clyde went under; probably Rutherglen Glencairn.
That's where my Dad is from.
If Villa went bump....Solihull Moors are very close by, not sure how much my heart would be in it though.

Girona 3-0 up against Alaves and taking the piss now, flicking it around like 1970's Brazil.
Can they keep this form going deep into the season?
Hopefully. I know they're owned by Man City, but still preferable to Real or Barca winning the title.

Man City will love playing a team that play in Man Utd kits.

Pleasantly surprised by how well Athletic and Rayo are doing this season.
I like Tierney a lot, but think injuries mean that he'll never be as good as he could have been.

Bye bye Ridder. Awful int that cost the game. If your the D you would be raging at that.
Honestly think you are favourites to move for Fields in the off-season.
You have quire a few picks from Calvin Ridley trade and your Head Coach for love Fields.
I'd still like to keep him, but think if we have top pick, will go for a QB (probably Caleb Williams).

0-0, the perfect result.

Assume Boo Khaki knows that Staley has been punted.

Kinda want Detroit to have to try in their 2 games against Minnesota.

Quite pleased that Da Bears are both in the race for the No.1 Pick and hunt for the Playoffs.

Feels like there are a million meh teams in the NFL this season.

It always happens. Walter Smith wasn't great at Everton because he didn't have a massive monetary advantage over everyone else. Gerrard was average at Villa too. I think they were both low 30s for winning percentages in England. Winning the league as Rangers or Celtic manager is actually bad for your CV, weirdly.
I think it's fair to say that Gerrard was piss poor at Villa.

Hang on, Ange is Australian?
I just assumed he was Romanian. Don't think I've ever heard him speak....

Think Bears will have the No. 1 Pick again (courtesy of the Panthers), unless the Panthers can win 3 or more of their last 5 games.

Larne really messed that one up.

Also, special shout out to the Buccs, for keeping Carolina at 1 win and winning me a bet for once.

And that special teams captain Slater, was acting like he's retiring too....
