No one can seriously suggesting Alex Samuels, surely. He's a worse Graeme Weir.
How many players have we signed that haven't really set the heather on fire elsewhere.
Samuel scored a hattrick at San Starko and gave us a lot of problems when he came on up in Inverness. Yes he didn't score a lot for Inverness but looks strong and seems to have that rare ability (like Todorov) to find loads of space. He won't oust Vaughan, Hamilton etc but he's the type of player that will run a tired defence ragged later on in a game.

A development fee for Corr might put off some clubs

No wantin to worry anybody, but the episode of Still Game that the media team edited for the Shaunie Byrne video was called One in, One Out.
Who's going......?
Brilliant from the media team to use Still Game, and one of the funniest scenes from it.
Now to get Hanlon announced..... then the strips........ then a fast pacey goalscoring n.o9........
Some summer so far, and it can still get better! The one out is Dylan Corr

Will be sad if Lewis Strapp leaves the Country
Always enjoyed watching a ‘Strapp on Dick’ challenge.
Some tackle that

Until James Brown got a knock Byrne was warming the bench as Murray was playing Scott Brown and Matthews in the middle, with Corr or Watson in defence. Byrne got his chance again once Matthews moved to RB. Don't think Byrne would be a first choice pick for a midfield spot.
McNeil I think will want 1st team football and if we do sign Hanlon I thi k Corr will be away as well, probably Morton

Rumarn is wanting a move down south was mentioned in our retained list. Can't see him staying up here because of that but if he gets a good offer for you or another championship team then you never know.
We're south, of Cove

You’ll get him on loan and deal with it.
You can have McKirdy and Tavares for free?
Tavares looked quite impressive during Lewis Vaughans testimonial.

The young lad from E.Kilbride, we don't know what his circumstances are. He might be serving an apprenticeship somewhere and after speaking with his family he might want to finish that first before going full-time or he might be looking a bit closer to home with someone like Hamilton or Airdrie.

Aye you’re probably right , just below it there was a Livi repost.
Are you guys keeping Ethan Ross ? He was brilliant in flashes for us but just not consistent in the Championship.
Ross has been released

After Andy Barrowmans interview about youth development, I wonder if we'll offer a contract to the young lad that played a few times during preseason

The silence coming from the club ref contracts, who's being kept, who's released etc is deafening

The artificial pitch rule could be a massive issue to us. As stated the staduim owner has the business model for it to pay for itself through pitch use. What is to say that the staduim owner just says no we are not changing?. It's going to be some amount if cash yo buy him out.
Chuck some grass seed on it and call it a hybrid pitch, problem solved

That’s absolutely disastrous for us.
Our entire business model is based on being able to use Starks park for more than the first team games 20 times a season.
I wonder if there’s any form of appeal for this or is that it?
Also very odd that there’s no mention in the article of how many teams voted to pass the resolution.
The ‘we can’t afford to go up’ thing has always been a load of nonsense but if we were to get promoted this coming season then there could be genuine ‘we can’t afford to go up unless we’re really sure we’re not coming back down for a lot of years’.
10,000 seater stadium-style pish coming to shaft Raith Rovers once again.
Yip, Falkirk pumped all their money into offering players big wages after selling Brockville. They won the league quite a few times during that period, stopping anyone who had spent their money on 10k seats from being promoted. Think the Pars won it before they changed it to 6k seater and it didn't have to be permanent seating so that Inverness could get promoted to the Premier.

Will be interesting to keep an eye on Hannah this year. At the POTY ball, Murray was talking a bit about him when he won the Young Player award. He actually mentioned that they don't yet know what his best position will be. He should learn plenty from Stevenson though, regardless of whether he ends up as a left back or not.
He's definitely built like a CB

Anybody know what our record for season ticket sales is?

Andy Barrowman was talking about one deal that has been on the cards/ongoing since last summer, I'm assuming that's Stevenson. I think Corr will decide to move on. His family were very vocal about him not playing and with the possibility of another cb coming in I can't see him getting a lot of game time this year. There's a lot of Prem players that've been released. A lot of defenders and forwards, not many midfielders which won't please Murray
