  1. That's a little bit harsh in my opinion. The way JamHam plays means he is an impact player, he makes things happen with flashes of brilliance. Yes, it didn't happen every week and perhaps not as often as we'd hoped, but to say it was "few and far between" is a little unfair.

That can be the case when a player leaves a club, with some fans saying he wasn’t that good, instead of just wishing them well
  2. 17 players confirmed so far, not bad going for mid June.
Hopefully that means we can start off pre-season with a settled squad and make a good start this season, as our slow starts have been our achilles heel in recent times.

Lang will be along shortly to say you usually have the biggest squad in the juniors [emoji23]
  3. Over the last couple of months I have become completely obsessed with this thread.  It is simply enthralling to watch a new phase of Scottish Non-League football history emerging (thread by thread on social media) as change slowly and sometimes painfully takes place. There are good arguments on both side of the divide which I do not wish to repeat. However in my view Junior Football is the one with the wonderful 130+ year history but the future lies firmly with the Pyramid.
EOSFA so far in my view has hardly made a wrong move while SJFAER appears to have so far been far too reactive rather than proactive.
I hope you do not mind me making a contribution to the debate but there really does appear to be a dire need for one of these two organisations to properly look after the interests of the Tayside clubs and to negotiate a proper pyramid link to the Highland League.
In my view the stage is now set for EOSFA to take this lead as the proactive force for change in Scottish Non-League football.  SJFAER or the SJFA appear to have no heart or desire to enter such negotiations.

  4. Would have to have formally  applied first.  Sadly I hear that their senior office bearers have decided and openly stated that thon pesky lowland league isnae for them.
A decision they will regret in time I feel.  Ah well that's their lookout but the fans should have been consulted a long time ago as after all committees come and go, supporters don't.

Correct, Whitburn regretted not joining the Super League and struggled for a while to get into it. It’s definitely a big mistake by both Bo’ness and Lithgae I’m not joining
