I hope the result stands, it was a great win for Lauriston, but if it doesn't I hope Harestanes get pumped again in the replay, I understand ineligible player protests etc but a technicality its embarrassing

Ref shouldn't have let the game go ahead if both teams weren't agreeable to playing without corner flags then if that's the rule, like I says a replay is harsh, a fine maybe

If rules are rules then why did ref let the game go ahead in the first place, and why did Harestanes not make a complaint before the game even kicked off since the not having corner flags would affect their game that much hahaha fs if rules are rules a fine at most a replay very harsh, if I was the Harestane Gaffer I'd lick my wounds and let it go0

Got to agree that's a bit embarrassing appealing on corner flags, I can guarantee not many games would have been played with corner flags in they conditions

Fintry (formerly Douglas) deserved winners against Thorn, 3 errors 3 goals, Thorn hit the post in the first 5 mins and that was pretty much it, then got their goal at the start of the 2nd half by a terrible blunder between centre half and Keeper, Fintry stepped up and were dominant, Thorn keeper keeping them in the game. Thorn put Douglas out in the last 16 2 seasons ago 3- 1 after Douglas put out Colville Park, I dont think it should shock anyone that Thorn are out, East Coast sides all doing well yesterday

So I take it if both teams agree to play without corner flags then this is ok ?
