good day for east teams sandys boys very sure there going to win the replay tollcross won and laurieston lost as expected but no shame losing that game

if you seen the team they had yesterday with all the players there rumoured to be missing next week its no good for them against the team that every body says are the best in the land i hope they do well but even there own players think it will be embarrassing

watched sandys on saturday and they had a rite go at the ref but it was down to there players own fault getting sent off they where actually better with 9 men but its a lesson that you need to have discipline to win the bigger cups that counts for the manager to who was a joke to the ref

i spoke to a ex grade 1 ref about it and he has said this ifab is the laws of the game and overrule any local rule at low level games can be played without corner flags and refs can use common sense in the spirit of the game to get games played i am sure that 99.9 % of teams would agree before a game to go play it rather than cancel it because there wiz no corner flags that would be a dose of nonsense imagine teams out warmed up and stripped and it being called off cos no flags when it can go ahead that is defos not in the spirit of the game

it looks like craigroyston have been saved and have found people to take over in may great news and good chance for all the guys at amateur team laurieston thistle to move up

if he never knew then harestanes would have told the ref the rule and it would have been followed it is them that has to start it by saying we want to protest so get laurie captain in and put it on the teamsheet it is up to them to make sure they do this properly and they havnt by the sound of things

just catch up on all this it looks like the rule 15 that was quoted hasnt been followed as laurie are saying there captain never signed the team sheet if that is the case then there is no way it can be heard thats what i would argue if i was laurie the game should have been stopped and harestanes tell the ref and laurie captain and it says in that rule they have to write it on the team sheet and it has to be signed when they complain that couldnt be done cos it was after the game it is a disgrace if this is not thrown out on that rule alone yes there may not have been flags but they had to do the protest the right way during the game matter closed im surprised a team that plays to the rules so much never knew that

imo kenny fisher is probably the best striker in leafa and he plays for a sunday team he should be playing for the select but good win dinsey what was the starting team who scored etc

laurie won the game fare and square if harestanes where so concerned about flags they should have refused to play until it was done not after the game cos theyve lost they wont come out this with any credit if they do do it cos its a shithouse move after losing if i was a player i would be telling the manager and committee men not to embarrass the club cos thats what it would do they will be a joke take the loss and move on if you have anything about you yous are meant to be a big famous team in the ams no spitting the dummy when you lose.i hope common sense come into it flags would have been oan the pitch all game in that weather and useless

leafa teams done well yesterday laurie with a great win but not many people giving tollcross credit for turning over bannockburn there I see they where getting beat 2-0 to sandys where expected to win who is everyone tipping now can any the leafa guys do it
