The classic Advanced Lawn Mower Simulator on the Speccy started it maybe. There was one button like 'M to mow' and you couldn't do anything else.

He ended up getting one of his mates (I think) to move in with him and be his personal chef. Appreciate that would have been recorded a few years ago and it might not be an issue any longer but it's something he's admitted to struggling with before.
