It's down to the squad depth imo, when you see the 2 games against Darvel there was not much between the 2 sides, but over the course of the season especially the last month Darvels squad depth got them over the line.

Exactly recruitment again, trying to tell me you need to go out and spend big money to recruit . A big summer ahead .

I would never want tucker out, I do agree that the lack of depth in the squad has cost us, alot of games recently which has caught up with us last few weeks. Well done to Darvel they had alot of games to catch up on and they done it - they had more depth to their squad and they should have as they have thrown everything at it money wise. 2 cup finals now just got to concentrate on winning them.

    Bonnyrigg will hammer us

This is when I can’t take you serious. Wardrobe was on the ball tonight more than anyone tonight and done nothing but went sidewards or slow it down.

We play him outwide on the wing when he’s a centre mid . The back 4 and keeper launch it up the park every time they have it . What is actually being worked on at training. You even watch Talbot warm up it’s rubbish

Imo, Real jackal and Hyde from Saturday, but oh well lowland will have to wait, always next year if we are successful emoji106.png would have been nice to win it but if being critical, don’t think we had enough squad depth to cope with the number of games. Just glad it’s about over. Still two chances to end the season on a high still and a more practical season next emoji460.png️

Is that not down to the manager if we don't have enough squad depth. Tonight was another in a long list of horrendous displays this season.

We have had an ageing squad for however many seasons pope etc eventually leave and nobody to replace them. They’ve had seasons to sort it . Same again this summer no fresh faces

The worrying thing for me is, I thought that was the least we shelled it up top in a while however our final ball is dire. We can’t hold the ball up. We rarely beat the first man with crosses. The firepower we have and how lost we look trying to create goals some games is just bewildering.

2 full backs who can’t pass or cross . Punt it up to strikers and expect them to create something and win everything it’s dire . There’s about 8 players needed

Thought Samson had a good game even though playing wide. He tracked back when asked and covered some distances. Was unlucky not to score which I think he hesitated due to be possibly called offside, but saying that it was a good save from the keeper.

Done very well out there covered some distance along with Wilson and Glasgow all 3 were excellent.  Armstrong who played centre half think I’d play him defence more often. Best I’ve seen the team look defensively for a long while

Auchinleck Talbot, Pollok, Clydebank, Irvine Meadow, Kilbirnie Ladeside. It will be a few years before I regard Darvel as a big club. Similarly I don't know why I regard Kilbirnie as big - maybe it's their large following despite losing for most of the season.

Agree with these, bankies Talbot pollok Kilbirnie all massive supports

It’s called a discussion, how can people say we aren’t doing bad, we should’ve ran this league and now look at us, we will lose vital players too as they will have opportunities in higher leagues.

And I highly doubt Talbot have people to do the deals swiftly and effectively, wouldn’t be surprised if we have the Chaplin doing something for signing players.

Who’s going to higher leagues ?
