This has probably been discussed but what are people’s thoughts regarding the new season ticket ??

I think it’s really good value at about £11 for pre/post match drinks buffet etc. However not sure I can justify £500 for ST so I’m out .

Not sure if its already been mentioned, but we now can't win the league after failing to beat Raith:bairn

There was no need to quote that.

I was hanging on to my bookies slip double with Dunfermline and you’ve broke my spirit.

oh well 6/4 always looked a bit skinny

  3. Re above I totally disagree about smith.from the first minute today he was very poor.

i know I’m repeating myself but you sign the 3rd choice keeper from the lowland league that’s the standard you get.

Head on block time. I’d prefer grant Adam and I know he’s broke!!!!

surely there must be an under 20 Prem league squad keeper floating around somewhere??

  4. Firstly I understand our financial state and the difficulties that lie ahead but

am I the only one who doesn’t see a bargain in the season ticket on offer. It was reasonably attractive had we stayed up but I don’t believe so any more.

add to that the walk up price of 16 looks the highest in league 1.

  5. Strange I’m not that gutted. It is what it is and we were a minute away from almost pulling it off.

ive tried all season to avoid directing individual criticism but here goes.

i understand that we area negative minded team all season so difficult to change that against Alloa who are clearly used to playing on front foot

Smith awful at right back all day , not one submade our team better. Anyone who has posted about mark Stewart playing over past few weeks surely got there answer today

stevie took our creative players Stirling and Walsh off and gambled on holding out.

Burt lightweight and simply not good enough and one decision from him decided our fate.

Someone made comment that we were lucky today at 80 mind cause Alloa were rubbish but if you allow so many balls into box one might come off.

probsbly not too sad cause what would next year in 2nd tier had offered?? But what will next year in doc 1 offer.

i Saidthis following the announcement but  is the season ticket deal that attractive?? Not for me it ain’t

Apparently as we all expected Stewart is still struggling with an injury. I find it bizarre that with 2 other reasonable options, C Gal and Nisbit, he’s not been given a chance to sit out and recover. It’s not like it’s doing anyone any good him sitting on the bench.

It’s quite likely that Aitken is sh*t scared to play Froxy incase he just decides at a crucial part of the game that he can’t be arsed to track his man.

The one that annoys me most is Burt though. How the hell is he not starting every game? Walsh on the wing is horrendous. He make half hearted runs then if he does have the chance he crosses piss poor balls into the box which are so weak and floaty that the chance of a goal coming from them is tiny. I haven’t even mentioned his habit of fluffing his lines in front of goal. Burt has been direct and threatening ever since his debut for us. He might not always get it right but he creates a lot.

I’m not sure who I’d prefer out of Walsh or Handling through the middle. It did seem to bring the best out of Walsh but Aitken seemingly forgot about this. Handling is still slow, a bit of a sh*tebag and sometimes lazy but I am starting to see some small improvements.

Whilst not disagreeing with Walsh being disappointing, he has 2 direct assists for the 3 goals v Arbroath.

and Burt certainly fluffed his lines in front of goal every bit as much as Walsh did yesterday

I was 5 rows behind you and sweating like a pig. We'd been on the bus around 45 minutes, maybe more, before you all got on. Twice we asked for the ac to go on and was told it was on!

Someone asked the driver shortly after Glasgow to be told to push open the skylight window. 19th century air con.

  8. Monster front of bus was fine to be honest.

re pick up. I highlighted when pick up was touted that Kingston bridge had no direct on off as westbound had and the associated difficulty. Think another driver thought it was possible . Agree for next week it should be a no.

thats from me who joined in the big city

Anyone know if people will actually stay to their allocated seats or just sit where you like at the final?

With the west stand going to be virtually full I think allocated seat will need to apply.

people have been bulk buying with mates because of this so don't think they would be too chuffed if on day they were then spread out.

    All present and correct Sir.

I've taken the liberty of contacting the nice man at BBC Radio Shropshire who interviewed me yesterday morning to ask him to pass on our appreciation of the fantastic welcome we received from the good folk of Oswestry and everyone at New Saints FC.

    Well said oki .

everything on day was pleasant and welcoming and we only went and won in dramatic fashion to cap it off

i agree that Oswestry did itself proud
