Yip monster I get that. But my fear us that my 235 is needed and what sort of quality will that attract. We all keep posting about what our squad needs are but sort of guys we need to attract are looking for championship wages. So far we've only re signed loyalty.

It's a start to build a spine. Need more.im still sitting worried about what we will end up with.need the other offers that are out to get sorted soon to concentrate on getting new players in. Heard one rumour that didn't inspire me .next posing question di I want in the draw for a scarf,a replica strip or do I hold off to see if we have a competitive squad??

Think priority is to sign players either existing or new before hunting out loans. Loans will take while to fall into place. Sorry to see Mitch go. I think he was a victim of our more negative style this season hence form not being as good. Still think he had something to offer but probably closer to home for him.other two had to move on imo

i think that's harsh. Andy completely outpaced from about 25 yards out and if Rogers had been off line any quicker could have been an easy chip. Or a walk round.Honestly no blame on Rogers for meThat the pass travels over 50 yards and in behind graham, yet danny's standing in the six yard Box I think danny could have done more to cover him here.

Question.why ..have watched highlights from both sides. Don't understand why Andy graham lost it with Rogers at first goal.any help or suggestions welcome

Back to the game. Pity again we failed to hold the lead for mor than a few mins.overall better the the last 2 sats but again we were very lightweight in midfield and up front and with our narrowness allow easy possession on the flanks.vuvkic was very good . Disappointed with our subs again with no desire to throw on a youngster. Still 2 games to go till next seasons big build up!!!

I would also keep Taggert and megginson before Linton based on current form

see match post for sat.must be included in squad.deserves chance. I would give him at least a 20 min run outDonald McCallum has now scored 7 goals in 3 u20's matches.. Superb to see our development squad are now winning matches.

From where BBPF.we can only sign someone out of contract or development loan. I doubt there is anyone about who is worthy of a place at our level. Agree concerns re depth of squad but suspect too late

Definitely worrying times at dfc both on and off park . But worth pausing from the gloom to say a massive thank you to David prophet and David Richardson . Will be missed . No more to say

No he doesn't !!! And yesterday as our main striker did hid best work ride right and couldn't cross in as he wasn't in the middle. Garry Fleming is a terrific midfielder and support player at this level. He is not a main striker/ target man and unless we realise this soon we have problems . At times Gary gets caught under kick outs and is easily beaten aka yesterday/ raith and qos

Always sad when someone leaves and appears to be controversial . Good luck nishy as you'll be missed at the rock . I agree for height should have won more in air but over last year out best performances have had a fair contribution from nishy and out worst when he was missing from starting 11. No one in current squad even challenges for kick outs at the moment.

dear nelsons. i callledthe rfc ticket office but it was closed. it is opened tomorrow morning. cant believe they will knock back ticket sales. i plan to go over tomorrow morning. says on web it shuts at 2pm. will update you on pb of my success or failure. for the record im ok as jve got a ticket judt lookin for another .

I know its a holiday weekend and Alloa may not be one of the bigger teams in the league but surely some sons fan had a birthday worth celebrating.

Would appear sons aint going to making any great sums from tbe hospitality over the season.

Time to settle down.
We've signed up those from last season who probably didn't have any other options.
Those still to consider will weigh up options particularly mcginn.
I wouldn't have used money from smith to offer more to mcginn/meginnson.that's not us.
Don't expect a lot over next few weeks.
Don't see point in speculating about who we should go for just wait and see.
I guess this is the fun of pre season.

Assume mcginn and meginson will wait to see what is available after the play off games.
Would like Scott Linton to be signed up soon but is he waiting the outcome of all the fife play off conundrums inc east fife
Agree we seem to have signed up a few squad players but its very early days yet.
Still better off than this time last week

Sorry I missed out an if.i don't necessarily think my money will make a difference but i do believe we need a stronger squad than last year and if money is tight that won't help. I agree with trust in Murray but he may be restrained by finances. Not blaming anyone if money is tight but doesn't stop me worrying what we will bring in. In addition would like to see some of the offers made being completed to prove my fears wrongish.
