Sorry, it was ICU then CAU, then CT and MRI scans.
Quiet, in fact very quiet - 2 weeks ago so maybe it’s busied up since then.
Remember, we’re now in the busy time of year.
Don’t agree.
The economy can’t afford to be shut down.
The Government realises it, even the SG.
We’re just going to have to live with the current death rates and build up hospital capacity.
In fact, excess deaths for this time of year are minimal.
Was in A &E myself just recently.
Very quiet and very few patients.
Agree with this.
It looked more of a warning slap than anything malicious but I suppose ‘rules are rules’.
However, he was having a very poor game and was continually failing to collect the ball cleanly.
Not like him at all.
Regarding the AGM, I was very impressed with the way GD conducted the meeting and with the new directors.
They all appeared very switched on and new their briefs well.
Looking good for the future despite the Covid nonsense.
Yes, but surely he should have resigned earlier and should not be part of the BOD recommending a certain course of action to shareholders which he subsequently disapproves of and is voting against.
Doesn't seem right ?
Any company lawyers, please?
Well, how is it that Lex is a director of FFC who is recommending the Resolutions per the Annual Accounts and Report and is still currently a Director as per Companies House a few days ago?
Not a lawyer but is that allowed?
Yes, this what I don’t get.
As per the Annual Report it states that the Directors (including Lex) support the Resolutions.
Lex is currently shown at Companies House as being a Director.
Therefore how can he NOT vote for the Resolutions?
Not a company lawyer but this seems strange.
Very confused by much of this.
The Annual Report states that the directors recommend the Resolutions which would include Lex?
Additionally, why are we employing Gow if he is part of this new takeover?
All very weird!
