Going to be a long season. The Accies game at the end of the month is looking like a must win game.

Dykes and Robinson were superb.
We didn't get what we deserved out of the games with The Rangers, so delighted to have things go our way today.
I think we definitely have a top six team this season. Today's team still wasn't our strongest so more to come hopefully. Can't wait for the Hearts game now.

Devlin and Lamie really are very poor players, I wish we had better available.
Referee made sure The Rangers were going to win.

The Rangers seemed to struggle at home in their new firm derby, so maybe we can get a clean sheet there. For me Robinson is the player we miss most.

I saw a "Gers Ultras on tour" sticker this morning - in a Glasgow Subway carriage! Not touring very far - maybe they got as far as Cowcaddens!

You are dead right. Holt is too quick to try and park the bus, saw it lots of times last season. Looks like we are in for a lot of frustrating draws again this season.

Was nearly 2pm before Hearts bothered opening the ticket sales booth.
Be interesting to see how Wylde gets on today. I think Hardie an Menga will once again scare the crap out of them. We just need to make sure we get the ball forward real quick.

Watched the first half on Alba yesterday evening. I thought Hearts looked slow and disjointed.
Hearts will need to do a lot better than that when the Amber machine rocks up later this month.

Was picking up my season ticket yesterday, couldn't help thinking that we would have sold more if Holt rather than Miller had got the job initially.

Which partially explained his over zealous attempt ito get his red card out before contact had even been made.
But how anyone, let alone a panel of supposed experts can find any malice in that tackle after seeing the other angles is beyond belief.
I honestly expected Collum to put his hands up and admit his understandable mistake, but instead we lose one of our top players for two more games due to arrogance or cowardice.
As someone already said, it's little wonder that appeals rarely come from teams other than The Rangers and Celtic.
What has malice got to do with it? You clearly don't know the rules of the game. It was a potential leg breaker, straight footed lunge, over the ball, studs showing. The Hearts lad was lucky his foot wasn't planted otherwise it could have been a career ender.

Looking forward to today's game. Would expect us to top the group with a comfortable win.
Hopefully Miller (K), is going to be putting out his best available team now that we are close to the begging of the league season.

As predicted by many yesterday, Barry Ferguson is in the Daily Ranger referring to Lafferty to The Rangers as a "no brainer". I am not a fan of Hearts or Lafferty, but the way that a national newspaper is used as a cheerleader for The Rangers is disgraceful.
As an aside, when Hearts came to play us in a friendly at the beginning of last season, Lafferty's signing seemed to add some power to the elbows of the sectarian bigots within the Hearts support, maybe The Rangers is the best place for him as he seems to be that way inclined anyway.

Well hopefully Robinson is back tomorrow. For me he is our most effective player and makes a huge difference.
3 points is a must.
On a side note, the weather forecast suggests an extremely cold night tonight. I wonder how many games will be called off and how many will go ahead on poor/dangerous surfaces?
