I really hope that O'Donnell doesn't become a convenient scapegoat for last night, and that he gets another chance next month - although I fear he might not.

I hope he switches to Ireland or something. It's unlikely we will ever seen someone as rubbish as that ever play for Scotland again.

Impossible to qualify for tournaments when you are calling up players from small-time Kilmarnock. Even Gilbraltar wouldn't do that.

Seems to be a bit of traction in the rumours Halkett will be away come January. Couldn’t really stand in his way, he’s been magnificent for us since day one. Just hope he goes down south and not along the M8...

At least if he goes Lamie can slot seamlessly into the back three AND the addictive chant about them.

He's going down the M8 but eastward to Tynecastle to join the league leaders.

  3. Cracking wee appointment for the Arabs to be fair.

Will the squad be enough to get first place though? He'll certainly get you more defensively secure but the Hearts team he took up relied on two outstanding wingers with a striker far above the level of the league. Not to forget your Paterson's and significant strength in depth.

Jones hasn't been great this season, but losing him for these two games would be a blow, because he is so often the player who does the damage against the bottom six sides. We have no idea whether Enobakhare is good enough or not - he's had a few impressive flashes off the bench, but the longest he's had on the park has been 12 minutes against Motherwell, in a game that was already over. If Jones isn't available then hopefully he can step up and show what he can do.

All the #stattos stats I've seen show that he's been impressive this season and a big part of your attacking play. Strong at cutting out players by either dribbling or passing into final third areas.

I always zone out whenever anyone says "far left" tbh. There's not a single politician of note in the UK that's far left, and it just makes the folk who say it look lazy and fucking stupid.

Pro-tip: if you think Corbyn is, you also believe Tony Blair edited the Morning Star.

It's pretty obvious to anyone that Corbyn, along with senior people around him, are on what is generally called the far-left. Milne, for example, has fairly recently wrote apologia for Stalin and for the Soviet Union. He used to edit a leftist journal that was absolutely pro-USSR even as late as the mid eighties.

Now the thing about the strand of "left-wing" thought that Milne belongs to is that it has a liking for authoritarian even totalitarian governments if they are seen as sufficiently anti-Western which in fact makes Milne share a lot of features with the far-right.

Just seen the highlights - Zlamal should do better for one of the goals - as far as I can remember, this is his first mistake for us - aye, let's cancel his contract.

Think he's at partially at fault for the first goal too. Dallies around and doesn't play to the whistle.

Just an angry overreaction to the defeat is all!

I had him pegged as Stephen Daisley.

Or the Scottish edition of the Daily Telegraph made sentient and posting on P&B.

Emmm no swing and a miss champ.

Funny how you can't deal with being dismantled on the facts and run from direct debate

Of course but it could prevent a hard border?

It's not as simple as hard border or no hard border. There are different levels of friction created by different circumstances. A FTA will literally never mean easier trade or less border checks than a single market that's given. Other frictions would enter into the equation too. Currency differences being a big one.

Have you ever been to America? They're all thick as f**k. Even the opposition to Trump are mentally challenged.

The irony of someone who believes in fucking chemtrails calling other people thick

Probably see yourself as anti-racist too while generalising a nation of 300 million as all thick.

Surely if Scotland had a trade agreement with the EU but was not a member of the EU it could also have a bilateral agreement with the rUK?

Yes however "trade agreement" is a hugely broad term and will never involve less barriers to international trade than a single market.

We know do we? How do we know? Whats your un-bias source of information?

Again what specific point are you disputing?

Have you read the work and analysis done by independent cyber security experts on the DNC hacking? The evidence presented that it was clearly Russian state agents was quite compelling.

Regarding North Korea this stuff is all over the major outlets so you can read yourself:

What he perceives is due to breakup of eastern bloc nations, abolition of CWC, establishment of CL+EL and their recent adjustment in favour of big countries, far more than our coefficient or "low standing".

You're missing out that the coefficient did fall substantially and quite quickly. We weren't getting the same results we were. And our standing is currently relatively low in comparison to the money our clubs actually have to spend which is quite competitive with many of the league's around and above us in the rankings.

I think Scottish football is certainly on the up though after the decline and we will be back up to where we really should be soon.

Has anyone seen the latest UK Gov statement which now has the Governments and security agencies of North Korea, Iran, Russia & China apparently behind all the cyber attacks that have been launched not just against the UK but also across the globe.

Honestly, what utter and complete drivel.

Do they think we're all idiots ?

I can only assume that this nonsensical propoganda is part of the proposed trade deal that they're attempting to set up with the USA..................

Oh yeah and GRU agents here with cyber hacking kits who tried to hack the MH17 investigation in Netherlands:
