Sort of held my tongue on Nesbitt for a while, I suspect like many others, probably because he appeared outwardly to be at least trying, but he is brutally ineffective as a footballer. Flattered to deceive for a long time and I expect Rennie to see this and demand better from him. Shit or get off the pot time for Nesbitt.

One of the worst passers of a football I’ve laid eyes on.

Given your rather hysterical reaction I think you’re on the glue mate.
Some of these players have just been signed and threw into the mix today. Hopefully we will see better next Saturday when they’ve had time to get used to each other.
If we played the usual back line we’d have left with four in our onion bag tonight.
As for Mills, his long ball distribution out of defence was really good. Hence why Watson always gave it to him to push the ball forward…..

I would usually accept that they have just been signed but weve just been taught a lesson in how to play by Montrose today. Embarrassing and pathetic from the vast majority of the team.

    I think he’s done alright actually….

You’re on glue. The only thing I can say for him is hes young and raw. He was utter rotten and apart from 1 tackle so was Paul Watson, dont even get me started on Gary Miller, absolute wage thief. Midfield powderpuff. McGuffie trying to play football never mind wing back is a sight for sore eyes.

Our defending is still absolutely abysmal. Gid to see. The formation today (along with our pathetic use of the ball) is killing us here. Montrose constantly getting the overlap down the flank particularly on the left with McGuffie not getting close to stopping a cross coming in the whole game. Before ATS went off we really should’ve switched to a back 4 and even when he went off could’ve brought McCann on.

Really not many positives so far even our goal was a mix of the wind and their keeper making a c**t of it. Paul Watson made a fantastic last ditch tackle, Jacobs looks good since he came on and Kabia has been our best player again. But if we stick with the 5-3-2 then we’re not getting back into this game.

We must have the worst composure on and off the ball of any team in Scotland, its impressively embarrassing.

Ciaran McKenna probably the only one that is close to Paul Watson compared some of the other dross.

Disagree he was utter dug meat. Still get nightmares about when him and Edjenguele battered into each other against Morton and Telfer scored.

Where has this almost weekly myth that Mutch has been “frozen out” this season come from btw? He’s been reported injured, seen at almost every game for the last month or 2 with a sling/cast thing on and is only just regaining any fitness.

Sheerin had him backup to Martin before he got injured

Yeah Rudden, Keillor Davis Dunn and to a certain extent Burgoyne that year.  The last three seasons they've been brutal though, Mcmanus aside.

    Horrific reading.

Not that many to be honest. It's normally guys from the championship we've been signing and thinking should do ok at league one level. I'd like to think the top flight is a bigger step down to league one.

Alston, McShane, McDaid, Sean Kelly, David McMillan. All absolute guff.

I do fear for Falkirk (pardon the pun). There’s certainly a victim complex within that club and the poor me syndrome oozes out of the players, staff and support. A deserved zero points for the bairns and another inevitable year in Cinch League 1. Enjoy  ♦️

    The absolute knick of that
