Weve had so many discussions on Griffiths. Its plain that the support is split on this.Personally I don't think we could afford him in the first place even though he comes with the well reported baggage. But if it was a shout between him and Goncalves, il leave that thought there.Really looking forward to seeing the new lad once the red tape is cleared

Suspect our nemesis Scrutinizor will have a field day post match should we lose this.On the game itself, reckon if Van Veen is fit the Lions will be in for a long day.So many crucial players missing for us will have a bearing on the result I reckon.Wont completely right these lads of,but will need to be right at the top of our game to get something from this if we can keep 11 men on the park.Tough shift ahead in what is going to be baltic out there.Wrap up well, pardon the pun.Mon the Lions.

One thing I find odd is how poorly former pros understand the rules of the game they played.
In most cases their grasp of the rules is no better than the average fan and even if they do understand, their knowledge is based on when they played and not on current rules.
Graeme Le Saul did a referee coaching course last year and said afterwards he had no idea how many of the rules he didn’t know…………….so what chance do the cliche ridden wallopers who cover our game have.
Aye right .The so called wallopers have played the game,as opposed to the wallopers at SFA HQ.And these two decisions shows how inept they are.Games dead when we have to rely on their expertise. Whose the wallopers then.Embarresing.

Just seen this.Technicalities go out the window for me.Ridicoulos decisions in both cases.Had a lot of respect for Stuart Douglas in his time, but the introduction of VAR ind his obvious continues protection of current day officials absolutely baffles me.Wondering if hes still involved with the SFA.If so,says it all.Disgracefull and embarrassingly corrupt.

Well said Hooch.I was wondering where he'd got to.Not surprisingly conspicuous when we do well, which we have done relatively pre World Cup..The absences mentioned,ie Nouble Fitzwalter Shamal and now Jason and Pitts will be a hinderence to us till we get them back.Im hopeful the lads get back to normal and fire us back up that table.Remember our objective at the start of the season was to stay in this league. I'm confident that goal will be achieved sooner than later, despite this cretins protestations.

Scandalous decisions on Holt Pittman from the beaks at Hampden.Theve shown they won't turn on their own Disgraceful. Should hang their collective heads in shame. The wee people will never win in cases like this.

Had the chance to put this game to bed with Andersons one on one with the keeper.Fluffed it and paid the price.Pointless going on about the red cards, its done now and we move on.Though the officials had a night to forget imo.For the neutral,an end to end game not helped by the atrocious weather conditions. In the end a share of the spoils seems fair, though Livi will be kicking themselves on an opportunity lost.

Not getting sucked into this.Livi's record against Saints ain't great.Depending on the starting 11 will tell me how this game will pan out for the Lions.Would tend to agree, first goal if at all will be crucial here. Our defence and indeed all over the pitch will have to be at the top of our game to get a result here, even though we're at home imo.

No thread for this yet.Surely some interest can be generated. Oh well here goes.Great result for the Buddies on Saturday albeit against ten men.Nevertheless theyl no doubt be on a high and rightly so imo.As for Livi. After playing against Hibs at Easter Road it was concerning to see the collapse after going down to ten men unjustly I might add.Its been one of our strengths lately, our defence that is.Would be good to see some of our injured players back for this, especially Nouble. We certainly missed him on Saturday. We're back at home for the first time in nearly 2 months. Can but hope we find our pre World Cup form and take the game to St Mirren. Wont be easy, but we're better than that Hibs result suggests. Anyway wrap up well, its gonna be baltic. Hopefully both teams can warm us up,with the empathise on Livi obviously, sorry Buddies.

Looked like he was carrying a fair bit of excess weight when he came on.
He's been like that since he's come to us.Both I and many Livi fans don't get it.Hes been here long enough to shift the excess.Surprised he's still here.

Not sure what kind of contract Goncalves is on.Either way he's a passenger we can ill afford. Not anywhere near good enough at this level.Got to go imo.Il pay for his

At the match I thought the same.
Has anyone seen the replay yet?
Red card spoiled the game, was never really in doubt after the first.
Knee jerk reaction from an inept Ref.Defo had an impact on the game. But fair play to Hibs. They used it to their advantage with great effect.Consolation only but the two pen misses just about summed up our day.But Xmas came early for the Hibbies.

No Nouble again.Odds on for a share of the spoils.

Tough one to call imo.Livi should be more attack minded than the other night at Parkhead givin the amount of players that were rested.Hibs showed the other night for a while at Ibrox what their capable off, albeit they somehow managed to feck it up second half.Cant call it tbh,but a big game for both clubs that I'm looking forward to. Oh and please no silly VAR decisions that would spoil an anticipated entertaining game.Mon the Lions.

Expecting nothing from this tbh.Havent seen Livi kick a ball for weeks. They surely couldn't do the unthinkable, can they?.Nothing to lose, more important games coming up for us.Mon the wee Lions.
