I totally agree. The question was aimed at the people who feel that because Putin issues a warning then we must obey, as he has nukes and may use them. He's warned against any more. But obviously we should & will continue them. His warnings are empty.

Putin warning against any further sanctions. A point I raised earlier in thread when discussing where do you draw the line on his "nuclear" threat. So do we now not impose any more sanctions?

Only just remembered there was a meeting held at Ochilview on Saturday regarding some sort of partnership between Chesterfield FC & ourselves. Youth players etc. Sounded interesting.

Goes without saying nobody wants WW3/Nuclear warfare. On some of the points above though saying Ukraine are expendable is shocking to read, but also goes beyond that. You can't just allow Putin to do as he pleases because he has nuclear weapons and "might" use them. What if he announced drop all sanctions or I will nuke you for example. I'm glad I don't have to make these decisions but if NATO decided to help Ukraine with boots on the ground I'd understand and support. What happens after that, well so be it. Personally I don't think it would bring nuclear war. Even if he himself wanted that.

A well earned point. Second half we were good. First not so much. Great stuff from Thommo for the goal and a nice finish from Tam. Can't stop scoring! Not too critical of Peter for the goal. We were right behind it and he saw it very late through lots of bodies. Was just an instinct dive but didn't really know where ball was. He also made 2/3 really good saves. Going to be very tight race for play-offs and this could be an important point.

Sums Old Firm fans up the "positive is" part of this sentence. Happy to sweep aside the 10 teams that have no chance of truly competing to add a pot or 2 to the history books every year. What an existence.

All a bit strange. There was another keeper on the bench too. As said above a don't see how he can be in their first team squad for games and ours. Maybe re-called to go elsewhere. Be good to have an update from club, then my wishful thinking is no update as nothing to update [emoji2369]

To add to the above an honourable mention to Mikey Anderson again, particularly in the second half. Won a lot of challenges and just closes space relentlessly. Guilty of giving ball away too cheaply a few times but if he keeps up what he's shown last 2 games a very handy player to have around. Has reminded me of Kieran Millar a bit the last 2 weeks.

No arguments here. He does probably need to get better at link up play etc as Frazer Wright indicated in post match yesterday, as he can't score every game and will have dry patches so during that need a bit more but he is having some impact on the goal front and that's invaluable.

I'd probably agree regarding Nicky player of the year, I'd have Nat not far away either tbh. As FF says Euan had that purple patch and can always turn in the magic but not poty for me thus far.
