  1. Game of two halves. We dominated the first and played the best football we have all year and stirling were much better second half & had us penned in a fair bit, thou I feel we brought that upon ourselves, we looked scared second half as to not lose a goal rather than go and kill it off. Draw a fair result and a marked improvement already.
  2. You seem to have just completely omitted the next bit of that sentence where he recognises it's not great scraping by your dross.
  3. Maybe we will enjoy the "journey" as much as you guys. Lolz
  4. A marginally deserved victory in the end. Majority played their part but McGuigan & Cooky need to give themselves a shake, Marky especially, he is offering very little. We needed that & I feel we wouldn't have won that without the manager change. DI wandering about behind the dugout was funny but also testament to his desire to try and influence the game & the bench. Great to see him back. To the Brechin fan behind the goal with the red cap, get that right round you.
  5. That is all he has. He's nowhere near good enough to be playing at this level and will be plying his trade well below League 2 by the end of 2020. You can cash that cheque.
  6. Well deserved from Cowden today. They didn't have to work too hard for it thou. As far as I'm concerned the writing is already on the wall. I would get shot of him yesterday. He has gave nothing since the draw at pittodrie that suggests he is the man for the job. Forget the TNS game, that was a free game that didn't matter if we lost, these games are your bread and butter and he is failing miserably.
  7. Fancy us strongly tomorrow. We really need to be winning the next two home games 3-0. Mcguigan x2, Hopkirk and a late Munro header.
  8. TNS are full time and play the the CL qualifiers (2 weeks ago) every year being generally quite competitive so I would expect a comfortable away win i'd say 8/13 is quite decent. Be niche to see a different team come up and they have a few boys that have played up here. Suhin different eh.
  9. Brilliant. Assuming you mean Robert Thomson. Lost out on him because the alloa scouts were on the stenny thread hunting for signing news. Bonkers thought process.
  10. It's news before the season started I would be delighted with and if he gets back to basics and does what he's good at he's a real asset. Just stop this "john stones" nonsense at the back.
  11. He was on the bench and he needs to stay there. That signing alone says it all about Colin's transfer dealings. Luke is no where near good enough and could be clearly seen from the first friendly game away to EK by everyone except the management team. Bizarre.
  12. At no point did I or anyone around me think it crossed the line. To say 3 foot behind the line from that highlight is just embarrassingly biased toward Kieran. It didn't look to have crossed and the highlight confirms that for me.
  13. When he was with us years ago I had a run in with a fantasist (his dad) who thought Keiran was on his way to the top, he was advised he would be playing in the juniors very soon, which was obviously correct. I'm afraid this is where he will be heading back to. He has bulked up and is a different player but he's not affecting games. His positioning is so poor, he doesn't know where to be in regards to mcguigan. That's fine playing jobber defenders in the juniors but as Neilly says he is out his depth. Was worth a punt thou and he's here for the year probably so happy to be proved wrong.
  14. Fair play he acknowledged the performance on twitter. However it's concerning he seen nothing wrong with the shape change as per his interview. We were rubbish at 1-0 but he made a weak performance even weaker with that and gave away the tiny chance we had of getting anything as we did still have the lead at this point. He has made a rod for his own back with the comments, if we don't turn up next Saturday it's a shoogly peg.
  15. Aye calling out Smith is just daft. The one player I am truly glad we have. He's playing in league 2, of course he is going to have his moments, the Queens Park penalty case in point but you need to take a step back have some intellectual horizon . Overall he is a superb goalie.
  16. Don't know who Colin McMenanin or East Stiringshire are but a decent effort all the same. Stay Doon.
  17. Derek Ure & Andy Rodgers will f*ck up what is a very good squad & budget for that league. Lovely to see. Stay doon.
