Bit gutted about mcinnes it I’m honest lads. Think he has had his day. Think we are stale and need freshened up.

What’s the thoughts on this - I think Mulumbu would be a great signing for us. Would bring a bit of steel and experience to our midfield along with Bryson. Didn’t really work out for him at Celtic but they have a lot of quality in the middle, could definitely do a job for us.

If your looking for quality, Hladky is available for £1m .

No any Better than some of the GKs over the last few years, Samson or Ridgers etc.0 -
Offered £200 grand for Haladky knocked back by us.
I that’s too low. 500k fair valuation-1 -
Just still bit concerned - lost a lot of quality with shinnie GMS and Lowe leaving.

Yes, £1 million. Not laughable at all with the current transfer market valuations.
Out of interest, how many times have you seen him play?
On your last point... aye, nae bother [emoji1303]
10+ this season
And he wouldn’t get a game at bottom 6 clubs0 -
When did the club tell you about their valuation of Hladky.
Was reacting to a comment of someone who says st Mirren shouldn’t except any less than 1mil. Not saying he’s a bad goalkeeper by any means just thought that was a bit high0 -
As cove are my local team. Delighted by the Paul Hartley announcement will attract a better standard of player. Feeling optimistic about this season. No reason we can’t go for the play offs

Avid listener of off the ball. Tam and Stuart are always in good form. Having said that when Tam likes some one he has the tendency to suck up there arse. Craig levin, Steve Clarke, Leanne Dempster to name a few.

Taylor & Main won’t be first picks, though
Mikey devlin has had some horrendous injuries so there is no guarantees we will get a full season out of him. So ash Taylor would come in. Didn’t rate him the first time and it was a mistake to bring him back. Panic signing from del. This will be his last yeah imo. It’s about time we need a shakeup0 -
Love that some random no-mark is coming on here and valuing players across the board at what they *should* be priced at, as if his 'corrected' valuation has any credibility whatsoever.
Opinions bud[emoji6]0 -
Don’t understand why you’re getting so worked up about our world class keeper to be honest.
The very fact he’s playing for us is raising the profile of the SPFL so all clubs benefitting.
Not getting worked up mate. I think he’s a good GK. Just think the 1 mil price mentioned above was a bit over the top. 500 k is a fair valuation1 -
Yeah that’s a fair point [emoji23]

Starting to be a bit concerned about Thursday.
This team will be fitter than us so if they’re semi competent then we could be in for a really tough match.
We don’t seem to have had the best pre season in terms of players carrying injuries and not getting the game time
Agreed. Teams that are into there seasons are always tough nuts to crack. Also doesn’t fill me with confidence with some the signings del has made, namely that lump of wood main and bringing back ash Taylor is a questionable decision. Think it’s going to be a up and down season for us. No chance of 2nd or 3rd this year.0 -
A decent " goaly" is worth as much as a prolific striker, hence the figures spoken about.
I don't imagine you've seen that much of him.
Been to loads of st Mirren games this season0 -
Because I don’t the hladky is worth 1mil?[emoji23] think most fans outside st Mirren would agree with me here mate. Decent goaly don’t get wrong but he isn’t as good as you or you club make it out
-1 -
No I do agree he is still a threat and causes problems, just isn’t the same goal threat

I'd rather see Mcginn play more centrally. He scored 20 odd goals playing there in an awful craig Brown side.
He was a good bit younger then, think mcginn is slowly getting past it.0 -
Looking forward to the season ahead and I think GC could be pushing for the title, just think they two players could have done a shift

And yet Celtic want £25m for Tierney in real life.
Sign of the times, really.
Out of curiosity, how much do you think Saints and Kilmarnock should be looking for for these players?
I do agree it is sign of the times. I think if st Mirren for anything close to 500k that’s a great offer. As for gregg Taylor. 1ml-1.2mil. Good left back but 3 mil is a bit excessive.0 -
We have St Mirren fans wanting £1m for their keeper and Killie fans wanting £3m for Greg Taylor.
Folk are fucking mental on here.
Spot on-1 -
You could probably get a game for st Mirren in goals

That’s no really saying much is it but?

Gordon Scott is nothing short of an embarrassment to st Mirren, to publicly criticise the man who saved them! Before Kearney came in st Mirren where hopeless. He simply lacked class.
