I think the answer is in your statement - due to new Covid 19 restrictions, which is from the Government not from personal choice.

There are lots of clubs out there making staff redundant or in some places just telling them not to come back. The fact the club and James are parting on good terms should be enough for us to accept, especially if he has.

I think we've been down this discussion before, by law, any new build can't have a conventional terrace, that's why safe standing is being used instead. Maybe by the time work is complete the rules will have changed again.

I would think so. I would also think everything would be agreed on a club by club bases during the set-up of the loan agreement.

Yes, that would be a double whammy. Firstly coming down the leagues and secondly if they are left on the bench. I think it's up to six loans this year so plenty of scope there.

You exclude loan players but surely these players must be registered under the club name as professional?
