I'm guessing Oban is one of them.

It covers a far smaller geographical area and a far smaller population than the West and East leagues at the same tier. There is also an overlap in territory between the two leagues (eg Kello in the West and Bonnyton in the South).
The SoSFL was here before the WoSFL if anything maybe the WoSFL should go to tier 7.

Merge the South and West structures and let teams find their level within that. If they want to have a regional South league which covers a far smaller percentage of the population then that's fine. It shouldn't be at tier 6 though.
And why not?

Do you guys have any facts to add here or is just your opinion or what you think about what might happen? Or is all you have is speculation and conspiracy theories?
Is every post from you going to be a question?

Nothing new, been mentioned plenty of times further up the page. Only thing different from a "normal" delegates meeting was that I heard at the weekend that clubs had been asked to send 2 from their President, VP and Secretary.
Gordon Ronney has been naming clubs as backing the West Region proposal fully, be interesting to see if any of them dispute that tomorrow night.I may have missed that. What clubs has he mentioned?

Its also really the only way to simply state what will happen not knowing the eventual numbers. So then everyone will be applying on the idea that it will be Conferences anyway.
Indeed there's nothing more that can be done until we know the exact numbers who apply/are accepted. So they may as well state now that it's a single division or conferences if need be.

If more than 16 teams apply, which looks very likely then conferences are the only answer. Ranking teams is also the fairest way.

We in Auchinleck live very close to people infected with the Cumnoka-virus, a lot of nasty little bugs that refuse to be washed, to try help eradicate it.Their football team also play matches where home fans dont attend.
Karma's a bitch.

No we don't.
I was poo pooed on here weeks ago by certain individuals when I said that the WoS (as run by the LL) was not at that point certain to start next season.
As yet there has still been no guarantee or confirmation that the WoS will run next year. Anyone saying anything to the contrary is not being wholly truthful at this point.
That's because we haven't yet even reached the closing date for applications. It IS happening.

No need to join the official coach.
The Saturday is easily achievable this year using public transport from Edinburgh, or indeed walking it. I'm probably dumping my car at Newtongrange for the day and then walking around the grounds. Longest leg is about three miles and just manageable in the gap between the games.
Alternatively two of the three legs are served by reuglar buses, the longest leg will likely need a change in Dalkeith but I haven't bothered checking up on that yet.Between the Bonnyrigg and Easthouses games, number 49 bus back into Dakeith, then number 48 to Easthouses.

Just wondering what upgrades would be necessary to a 3G/4G floodlit cage (with reasonable access to changing rooms) to make it EOSFL compliant?
What work for example would be necessary at Little Kerse?
Judging by where Leith Athletic play, then not much.

Yes I was.
In delaying their meeting, are Lochore waiting on the outcome of the other two (announced) club meetings, at Lochgelly Albert and Newburgh ?
Or are they hoping for information from the LL about the level of interest from clubs in joining the proposed WoSL/pyramid ?
If it is the latter, they may well be unlucky as the LL is committed to NOT releasing the names of any interested clubs. This is a matter for the clubs themselves, and rightly so.
They're wanting to open up the meeting to "people who have an interest in the football club"

All those including Tayport + Scone + Eyemouth + Luncarty (if the latter get accepted) could bring it to 36, then I'd say 2 conferences would still be the best way forward.
This. IF it is 36 clubs then 2 conferences of 18 would give a 34 game season if you scrap the inter-conference games for next season, the same amount of games as this season. Perfectly reasonable.
EDIT: The bottom 9 of each conference could then form Division Two for 21/22

York, Chester, Kidderminster, Darlington, Hereford are all in tier 6 in one half of the country down south.
But yeah Little Mid Creetowndaleshire High School in the Dumfries pub league are best in the world.
They're Tier 5 surely?

The EoS have shown with their Conferences this season that there are solutions eg. 24 clubs apply to WoS, 2 x 12 Conferences with home and away plus an inter Conference round = 33 games, and you play all 23 other clubs so nobody loses out.
34 games not 33

make conference A Division 1 and Conference B Division 2
depending on how many apply the top 7/8 of both conferences make division 1 and the teams positioned below along with the new teams make division 2
Your second option makes more sense. Why should a team finishing 3rd in B, be in 2nd div while a team finishing bottom of A be in 1st div?
Edit: the fact Edinburgh United are in B at the moment has no impact on my preference for sporting it out who goes in 1st div or 2nd div.
