  1. Dear Sir / Madam, People seeing your user profile name and profile image of Enoch Powell against a Union Flag background on this website will associate Queen of the South fans and possibly the club generally with politics of hatred and division. QoS are for the most part apolitical. It seems though Queens consistently take a clear stance on racism (from a quick web search, as per this post as recent as 3rd Oct 2019): http://www.qosfc.com/news-4740 Show Racism the Red Card Everyone at Queen of the South is proud to support the Show Racism the Red Card fortnight of action. As per previous seasons, we along with all the other SFPL clubs are backing the campaign to increase awareness of the work that SRtRC do in Scotland. This year’s fortnight of action will take place from the 4th – 20th of October. All professional clubs will show their support for the campaign this coming weekend prior to the fixtures scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday to emphasis Scottish Footballs stand against racism and to call for an end to racism in football and society. We urge all supporters to back the campaign. We believe that it is vital to highlight the anti-racism message at this time of year as it runs alongside Football Against Racism in Europe’s (FARE) Football People Weeks. Club Captain, Stephen Dobbie said "There is no place for racism in football or anywhere in today's society. At Queen of the South we will not tolerate racism and, as club captain, I am delighted to have been appointed the Club Ambassador for the 'Show Racism the Red Card' Campaign. We fully support the aims of this campaign." Football is a sport that is followed by people across the world and football matches should be an enjoyable experience for all, whatever their background. We all have a part to play in challenging racism in football and society. Show your support for tackling racism: Follow Show Racism the Red Card on twitter @SRtRCScotland Like them on Facebook: Facebook.com/theRedCardScotland www.theredcard.org *** The same web search returned results that contain a consistent Queens message: http://qosfc.com/news-4145 http://www.qosfc.com/news-3731 Queens seem to back up that talk with action going by numerous non-white players QoS have signed over the years. In this regard can you please edit your profile to one that is not endorsing racism? Queen of the South FC is a small, community football club that already has difficulty attracting fans and players in the face of competition from much wealthier clubs who have considerably higher tv / media exposure. The divisive content of your profile on this website only makes Queen of the South attracting additional support more difficult. To other Queens fans and indeed anyone reading this post, You may be aware of a quote that goes something like: Evil prospers when good people do nothing.
