Seriously? He's never considered logging off, or just not posting shite?
Please tell me this is a whoosh.
Friends have each other’s backs. We’ll often spend hours critiquing our contributions to this website and have been known to ask for support when required. There is nothing wrong with that.0 -

So I decided to red dot them in another thread to see if they are a crying child who would get absolutely apoplectic at someone doing what they do regularly.
And, yup, they've gone on a tear strewn petulant red dotting outrage..
Tear strewn. Apoplectic. Dotting outrage.
The above was used to describe using coloured circles on an Internet forum.

I have only become a semi-regular contributor to the General Nonsense section of this forum in recent months but that particular incident seems to have caused the poster in question to descend into ever increasing cycles of abusive and nasty comments.
I find that those who resort to such language with regularity and lack empathy are projecting and are more to be pitied.
Don't let things like that put you off contributing more to the forum yourself.
Which make posts like the one below even more bizarre.

I personally think that, for all it maybe lacks in magnitude, following a particular poster about the place dotting them for example, is a bit snide and unnecessary. Aye it can easily be belittled in isolation, in a conversation like this, but for the most part we dont know the effects our actions have on others so stuff like that is really best avoided IMO. My own actions over my time on P&B havent always been exemplary. Lockdown made me review that.
Just dont think it should be dismissed. Who are we to judge what websites or forums folk deem important to them

Falkirk fans did a wonderful job "financially rewarding" Goodwillie last season.
Excellent Falkirk attendance numbers at Broadwood. Almost filled the away stand on both visits
Jings! Your club even donated all 6 points.
Each and every one of those fans behaved appallingly by lining the pockets of a rapist.-4 -
I’m not sure “lol you guys aren’t willing to financially reward a rapist” is quite the zinger Clyde fans think it is.

It's mad how that Falkirk09Bairn account always appears at the same time as he's posting. Purely coincidental, I'm sure.
We are old school friends. He texts me when he feels things are getting on top of him on here. That’s what friends do.3 -

Given you aren't denying respiratory disease or saying people shouldn't wear masks this is actually one of your better posts in recent months.
Or calling a man who was racially abused a dirty coward for lightly tapping the perpetrator on the back of the head.-2 -
We appear to be charging more than a number of championship sides which is thoroughly embarrassing.

I definitely won't steal it. If someone else steals it then I may watch it. But otherwise I'll watch whatever English game is on the TV.
That would be illegal.-2 -
I’ve always found it very sinister that Clyde fans actively cheer on a rapist. It worries me how they act around women outside of football.

Incidentally, I've happily paid for all our away games this season except Rangers for reasons of pettiness, but Livi's £20 is a step too far. I'll either find it elsewhere or just watch something else.
So you’ll steal it?-1 -

Re the "not buying", I'm some sort of tin foil hatter and certianly not in a position to dispute its existence, I more meant the media portrayal of it as some unique thing that's associated with covid-19 rather than potentially with any virus and its being used as a bit of a smokescreen. We are seeing the govt coming under pressure re their measures and whether or not we should shield the vulnerable and get on with it. There are plenty of arguments against doing that but "Long Covid" seems to have crept in as part of it but having that as a reason to continue locking down against a virus being driven by asymptomatic carriers and superspreaders is pretty much backing us into a corner of perpetual lockdown surely.
This is some backtracking from “not buying long Covid at all”.6 -

I know there has been a bit of talk about it on here already, but I am just not buying "Long covid" at all. Every story I read about it reeks of propaganda to scare the young into taking it seriously.

The ethnic slur should definitely be removed. It’s not on.

I don't vote for them or like them but the elements of the *** support who claim that Rangers fans voting for them are a disgrace to 'wur traditions innat' are fucking moon units who shouldn't be allowed out of the house.
Celtic fans of who vote for British Nationalist party’s such as Labour get a hard time from fellow supporters due to the IRA nonsense. The OF are just as bad as each other in that respect.-1 -

Seems to always be in two team towns this happens, weirdos the lot of them.
Aye true as Hearts and Hibs are exactly the same on a larger scale.
Dundee fans nicknamed one of their stands the Derry for goodness sake and are known to fly a Dundee Derry Boys flag. Outrageous.

Choosing your politics due to what side you support is fairly common in Dundee as well. Unionists tend to drift to the Dens Park side and Nationalists over the road. Really is pretty pathetic behaviour.

It certainly appears that Ayr fans are losing the head here over some very rationale points being made by an opposition supporter. If you don’t like interaction with supporters of other clubs maybe a multi club football forum isn’t for you.

At least 3 clubs in the Championship have a direct debit donation scheme in place. I suspect it’s going to become the norm instead of an outlier in the following months.

Always stings losing to that lot but the group stages are just glorified friendlies. If we don’t improve then we’ll have issues but not reading too much into last night.
