  1. Shite I loathe Sky, they don’t see a penny from me No more Bundesliga for me now
  2. If they realised this “loophole” existed in the first place, you’d like to think as a member club they would have pointed this out, tried to get it resolved Not kept it quite to use it to their own advantage while screwing over the rest of the SPFL
  3. I don’t see why domestically at least People are allowed to travel now. Edit: From my own experiences both Glasgow and Edinburgh city centres are packed again, including the trains between the two
  4. Might not be a popular thing to say, but maybe his international aspirations is not top of his priority list when making a decision on where he wants to play football.
  5. Surely this means full crowds everywhere now I can’t see the argument from councils to deny others open gates
  6. Reads to me as if they’re taking the piss while trying to act as the innocent party As pointed out elsewhere, sponsors have been part of the league sleeve patch for over 20 years now. League sponsorship is a collective agreement, either we are all in it or none of us are. I cannot think of a single league that has an opt out for individual clubs when it comes to league sponsorship Knowing the above about the sleeve patches etc.., did RFC really negotiate an external deal with someone and not have it in the contact they as part of the SPFL would be promoting league sponsors? I know nothing about writing commercial contracts, but you’d think it would be standard to have something similar to the above Honestly it comes across as giving the rest of the clubs the middle finger I said it before, but all they’re doing is undermining the SPFL, and making it harder in the future to find someone willing to put in the cash Edit: Does this mean also the fans can’t buy the sleeve patch for a replica kit in the club store?
  7. The powers that be are the clubs themselves It’s the clubs who own the SPFL The same clubs who decided to dissolve the SFL to create the SPFL
  8. The SPFL is like a union when it comes to collective agreements on things such as league sponsorship deals Only really works if everyone is in it What you’re doing doesn’t only undermine the leagues, but also makes it much more difficult going forward to secure a better deal Unless of course RFC want to see everyone go it alone.
  9. As for the Charlie Adam comments, I just think it’s a bit strange that a player would be commenting on this publicly, especially as it’s not his club who are refusing to wear the sponsorship patch
  10. Aye, and who hired Doncaster? He’s in that job because the clubs want him
  11. But they must have known any SPFL sponsor would be on the sleeve badge They have been since the SPL split back in the 90’s
  12. Listening to Ange’s interview sounds like Hart is going to play tomorrow
  13. Look at how he describes the Scotland fans in comparison. Happy to tar them all with the same brush over an incident that apparently happened without evidence Edit: His quote on Scotland fans to save you a click “Yet, when we saw Scotland fans in London misbehaving, some apparently indulging in anti-English chanting, during the Euros, the First Minister was silent on the matter, giving rise to accusations of double standards.”
  14. I’m almost lost for words a newspaper would print that article Not surprised he would write it might you
  15. Hart and McCarthy confirmed Surprised at McCarthy considering how history of injuries
  16. But would it really be much of a difference between the end of a night in a city centre when the clubs are all closing? Just seems bizarre to me, wonder if Leitch will be on OTB this weekend to explain
  17. This seems bizarre to me Need permission for over 5,000 fans at an all seater stadium, but nightclubs is back to business as usual? The pubs doesn’t make sense either if they’re only going to allow table service only
