Get it up all the Arsenal fans that treated Arsene Wenger like dugshite for his final years at the club. Reap what ye sow.
what's changed other than the european competition they play in, Wenger was dugshite for a long time too, 4th or 15th, they're Banter FC

Nows the time for the big move to Real Madrid, Barca or Bayern Munich.
He shouldn't be considering anything less like a Man Utd. PSG.Why would he consider Barca ? They're fucked as soon as Messi leaves or his legs go, PSG are probably better than them, And United are a bigger club
Real and Bayern don't need him.
Arsenal till he retires, and without question, there next captain.

This would be mid to late 70s, Adidas also were around with Adidas Kick being the shoes everyone made fun of as only neds wore them. By about 82 there were a lot more options.
no one made fun of Adidas Kick around my way, early doors it was the shoe to have, i had to make do with Gola, boaby nae names or Botra when my maw bought my shoes, as i got a bit older i was thankful for Christmas money

That was a clear penalty - and it was the ref that gave it straight away.
Every week someone on here claims that var benefits one team or another. It's always bollocks.
Teams that attack more are going to get more incidents in opponents box. There's no fucking conspiracy you melts.0 -

As a tourist and in my first few years living here it was Toronto by a mile and it still has it's appealing qualities, my brother loves visiting. But I'm now sick of the city and can understand why the rest of Canada seems to hate it. As soon as I can move I will.
Paris for me is just a magnificent city. The history, the architecture, the food and for me the people, the majority are nice if you aren't an arsehole and at least attempt a little french, I used to be a fan of PSG but don't like what they have become so now I'm a hipster fan of Paris FC
i was in Paris with 3 friends before travelling on to Nantes for a Champions League tie many years ago i found older french people are c***s, didn't make any difference if you attempted or didn't attempt to speak to them in their language, they took either as a personal offence,

He must be back in jail.
let me know when he returns, and if his offer still stands, i've grown attached to this, it stopped me sleeping in so many times back in the YTS days.

Glad I never persevered with the Manchester Derby. Fair enough of you want to shit fest a game but there should be some rule you have to have 1 or 2 men in the opposition half. Man United were fucking terrible for having all 11 in their own half for an unforgiveable amount of time a few times in the first 45.
its called self preservation, their manager is in his dream job, a job he isnt qualified for, he's a big part of the reason they fucked up a CL group they should've had won 5 weeks ago and the threat of City turning up and smashing them was very real, so he shat it, because the Sunday Papers would've hammered him for a heavy defeat, i knew what was coming from them, that why i watched Back to the Future 3 {again}

Moyes doing well for West ham.
Another united failure doing well elsewhere.you can't compare the standards Ferguson left, to what would be deemed ''doing well'' at West Ham

Genuinely interested, what are they good for? You can buy similar shoes if your diving into caves or rock climbing etc. but I don’t think there is anything comparable at that sort of cost, and marketed towards rockets with too much money. I would love to meet someone who has paid £900 for those trainers and just ask why. The only reason I can see for buying them is to show off how much money you have, but the sad thing is you can guarantee that some apprentice joiner from East Kilbride has bought them and probably left himself skint for the rest of the month so he can act like Floyd Mayweather when he goes to the dancing.

Technically, you can’t get Adidas 2 stripes. Adidas, quite famously, have 3 stripes. Agreed with those trainers though, Alexander McQueens I believe. They look like the sort of shoe you would wear if you had your ankle in a cast.
I think some of these fancy designers have a competition amongst themselves to see who can sell the most ridiculous trainer for the highest price.
These trainers retail for over £900. There is absolutely no way that there isn’t an office full of people absolutely pishing themselves laughing as they signed these off.
you can buy similar for £70, they're actually pretty good for certain things, although you need the feet glove type socks or they stink pretty quickly.

You would get battered for having these circa 1985.
unless the guy wearing them was from a ''poor'' family and he could fight like f**k, then you'd just laughed about them behind the guys back.

I have heard of those brands but I think they were slightly before my time. Read a book a few years ago about the English football fans, Liverpool mainly, who used to follow their teams away in Europe in the early 80s, and would rob the shops in mainland Europe of their designer gear. They would then come back to England wearing brands like Lacoste, Sergio Tachini and Ellese that no one else had heard of before. It was carried out like a military operation, they all had a role to play in the robbery and 50 scousers would turn up to some fancy boutique somewhere like Milan and just storm the shop, 10 guys robbing the tills, 20 robbing the clothes, the others taking anything that wasn’t nailed down.
Fila are making a bit of a comeback. Not my style these days but they seem to be popular among the Instagram crowd.
this is me shocked at ''scousers robbing''
Spoilerback on track, i saw a guy in a McDonalds with these on, think i'd rather wear adidas 2 strip from tesco, than these ugly overpriced monstrosities and keep the £300 and odd quid they cost in my pocket.

I see. What decade was that you grew up in? I assume it was the 80s going by the style of the trainer. It’s funny what brands were popular once but aren’t nowadays. I was in school in the early 90s and Ellese and Fila trainers were the popular ones, or if you wore shoes it was Kickers or Pod, along with a Helly Hansen jacket if your parents had more money than sense.
NafNaf & Benetton were also popular brands around that time too, as for footwear.
i recall these being everywhere sometime in the very late 80's or very early 90's.

Gladbach/City is the most interesting tie for me from that draw, Atletico/Chelsea isnt too shabby and could go either way.
