Danger of selling far too cheap at that. There’s three clubs in for him all at English league 1 level, plus with his stats in a difficult position to recruit for, I think there might be an expectation for double that.
Beat me to it. Why take the first offer that comes your way?

MWH was really solid defensively but pretty limited going forward. Can see why he never really made it in the Premiership but you could do a lot worse in the Championship.
Judging by a couple of his interviews he did while with us it's no surprise to me that he's transfer listed though. Don't think he was that enamoured with Martindale.

Did Livi not pay a bit of cash for Carson in January? Would be an upgrade on Allan and Chalmers for sure.

I am a map/geography geek and regularly look up cities/towns/places in Scotland, so I don't really believe that.
I have never googled or indeed attended a musical in my life, though I am au fait with the songs of Grease.
Hamilton is shite.
I'd say you should Google how the internet works but your first result will probably be the Wikipedia page for the Phantom of the Opera.

These playoffs have been class so far. Thank you to Partick, Airdrie and the Wee Team. Champions league, EPL etc - not interested, thanks.
Looking forward to Friday. Not so much looking forward to St Johnstone ultimately shitfesting a 1-0 aggregate win in the final.

I'd be livid if I found out we had announced a signing before receiving confirmation (in writing on appropriate headed paper) of the SFA's database being updated.

What are you guys thinking about the new stand?
I thought the premise was great - much better than just bulldozing the old terrace and building a soulless new identikit all seater one. However I've seen a few photos and can't help but think it looks a bit odd. Are they planning any more work to improve what's left of the terracing?

This reminds me of when we drew nil nil at Firhill against Queens Park at this stage 2 year ago.
Unfortunately for ICT the similarities are uncanny. Manager a slaver. Slow, ponderous football. General sense of malaise.

Almost all championship clubs will be sniffing around a big chunk of that Dundee Utd release list and both Hanlon and Stevenson. Time will tell, although Stevenson to Raith seems a given.

Relegation would be preferable to having to put up with this utter drivel for the next 12 months.

Sounds familiar doesn't it?
Very. So while I'm sure they'll be competitive, unless they have a very good summer I doubt they'll be world beaters.

I'm sure they'll think they can romp the championship with the squad they have now. We'll see.
The additions to the squad we finished well ahead of in L1 all have a very average record at championship level.

Get the new kits posted here as your club release them.
Ayr's new home strip. I love it, a very nice kit.
Fair play that's a cracker.

Congratulations to Rovers for seeing something pathetic and responding with something even more pathetic.

Oh and "the league is dung this year" compared to the luminaries of yore such as Clyde and Peterhead.
Our amazing, record-demolishing season is devalued now

Talking of which, do folk feel Jakubiak has done enough to earn a new contract?
Similar situation as Allan.
I would rather have Allan and Jakubiak than Chalmers and Wighton but we need to upgrade and the latter are still under contract.

Must admit the way I read it was existing players were signed with the knowledge that a training facility was in the works, not new players. Could be wrong though, this is the article for anyone interested - https://dafc.co.uk/training-ground-adds-professionalism/
Yep that's what he says anyway.

McPake clearly very enthusiastic about the new facility and claims it's already led to some players signing for us. Naysayers take note.

If he is willing to sign a longer extension I'd be delighted with that. If not and he fancies another challenge and we can get some cash for him then fair play and he would go with my best wishes. Lewis Strapp and Cameron Harper are two LBs out of contract (i think) in the summer who I think would do a job for us.
I wonder if Airdrie have a sell on clause for him?

Would you not if the majority of posters predicted on here that you were a cert for finishing in the bottom 2?
No.

Oxford and Lincoln after Edwards apparently for around £100k.

The 2-0 game was weird, we actually created a good few opportunities, Todd had a hat trick of chances that on another day he scores at least one.
Then you had the yellow which really should've been a red. Despite that we then gave up as soon as Airdrie scored there second, poor night.
Totally agree, looking back over the season that is the one that rankles the most. Airdrie deserved winners in the end but we should have been out of sight and Airdrie down to ten men in the first half. Could quite easily end up being the difference between 4th and 5th.

Charlton's total borrowings are over £27m. What's £250k plus a sell on fee amongst pals?
PS English football is broken.
