It's just the nature of our population that has created a imbalanced league with only 2 realistic winners, I can understand peoples dislike with it given how long its been the norm but would it really be a better product if every one of the twelve teams was a realistic champion? It might but that might be uniquely boring, as a Celtic fan I don't think theirs any worse feeling than any of the less fancied teams taking 3 points from you and I would presume that works in the other direction too. That wouldn't exist if we somehow had a league where East Fife were as realistic to win as Celtic.

Honestly, I took a while to get into the World Cup for a variety of reasons, but having watched that final and the quality of play generally the thought of watching Scottish football again just leaves me utterly cold. I haven’t been tempted for a moment to watch even the briefest highlights of any of the games since the restart. Just the thought of having absolutely mediocre Old Firm teams rammed down my throat by the media as though they’re anywhere near “decent” never mind “elite”… no thanks.
I have never been drawn to Scottish football for its's quality

I have sympathy for people who have such an unhappiness within themselves that they have to change to feel better about their circumstances, we all have things about ourselves we don't like, taking measures to change those takes resilience and willpower

Don't St Johnstone have a past history of consigning opposition managers to unemployment after a visit to Perth? I could see it being the end for Van Bronkhorst now, well played lads.

Can't help but laugh when the BBC lead their article with "Kyle Lafferty banned: Kilmarnock striker to miss 10 matches" but can't dare to put the actual words said in the article. Just put what he said, what the fucking point in reporting it as news if you don't.

Kenny Miller being very passionate out it being a "who knows" penalty but the clearest "tactical foul for a yellow" ever seen

I could see it happening, maybe some rich American investor with Scottish roots, thats about the most realistic possibility? Stranger things have happened certainly, Leicester winning the Premier League, St Johnstone winning 2 cups, Ally Mcoist turning out to a good guy, who knows.

That St Johnstone squad list read like something you'd see in a football manager game gone badly wrong, it's got everything, old stalwart of the Scottish game in Considine, an enigmatic returning former player in Drey Wright, a foreign maverick in McGowan and even a regen of former club legend Alex Ferguson

Aaron Ramsey's penalty

Well played Saints, that's a absolute nightmare of a journey crossed off the list for next season

Is cocaine use at games on the rise? I know there was a conversation about it after the Euro 2020 final (you would have to be coked out of your skull to shoot fireworks out of your arse) but there hasn't been much more chatter about it since then.
I think it's on the rise in general, hear about pubs using a spray that coats toilets and sinks and even baby changing stations with this film which leaves any cocaine taken from that surface with a bitter taste.
It's not a new thing, doing some googling shows pubs tried with the same thing in 2005 with WD40, lol, but yeah, i don't think it's a diminishing problem

Just make it a financial incentive to be a healthy weight, give folk money and they'll do almost anything

Finishing up Dark souls 3 - the last Souls game on my list before I can really sit down and finish the last 90% of Elden Ring lol. Enjoying it more than I expected, it feels much more guided than the other games but it's got that fast Bloodborne style combat. Can't say the story is on the same level as Dark Souls 1 so far but that's always an unfair comparison to make to any game.

Funny looking back at all the jokes people made about where Davidson can go after last season, always had a soft spot for St Johnstone and its wild to see the rubber band effect from last season to this. I'd have thought the cup double would give a bit of license for Davidson for a good few years. Was really hoping Aberdeen could get dragged into the playoffs but not to be. Good luck to you guys, Arbroath are on a flier and it would be a shame for their season to not have that fairytale ending.

Williams looks like he's just playing down the pub for pound coins, so laid back, love the guy

Couple of close ones for Higgins in the 1st frame but takes the narrow victory with the pink, should be a great match this!

Not having a physical box and especially a manual, yeah eventually it can be annoying having things take up space and it's probably just part of childhood nostalgia getting a new game and reading the manual in the car on the way home but it just never feels quite the same downloading games.
