Well given the Stirlingshire Cup is back why not start a campaign for the return of the Clackmannanshire Charity Cup? Last played for in 1895/96. Only two senior clubs in the Wee County so a nice easy one off match against Sauchie every summer? Maybe the cup is in a cupboard somewhere at the Recs?

The only shouting at players aught to be encouragement otherwise keep quiet , As for sending abuse online not very brave is it ?
As for the stirlingshire cup was it not last played with the youth teams ? not too fussed about it , more games mean more expenditure for the fans too , (yeah tightwad ) , if it replaces bounce games then fair enough .

Burrell will be hard to replace , we have similar problems as our successful loanees return
looks like whoever recruits the smartest will be up there at the finish , which managers have an eye for someone in the leagues below
although you guys do have an advantage in full time players leaving champs /premier sides looking for a full time gig .

i dont think we will be any more fancied than we were this time around, pretty difficult when we have QOTS (surely ) looking to make the playoffs at least , Arbroath, ICT , cove , Montrose and Alloa all looking for top 4 as well , Stenny Dumbarton kelty who knows ? With Annan it all depends on who they get in , no team like Edinburgh city cemented to the bottom either ,
It will be tough and will most likely fall to fine margins and who can recruit the best
tighter than a gnat's chuff springs to mind .

We had Four Buses booked for Saturday’s game and now the Bus Company have informed HAFSWO( The Accies Supporters Organisation) that they can only provide ONE bus.
This leaves over 150+ fans(many with tickets) stranded, so if anyone knows any reliable Central Belt based Coach Firms can you contact the guys who run The Only Accies page on Facebook/Twitter.
Hopefully this can be sorted as I don’t want to see a repeat of last season’s Arbroath game when plenty of us had to watch the game in an Accies Pub after being let down then also.

We must be red hot favourites for good loanees to come our way after the improvement of these 3 youngsters with us
we were very lucky to have 3 excellent loans in the same season , Get the defence sorted out ( i am sure andy will recruit well )
and we have the making of a team that can go all the way IMO
Ally roy was a good one when he came in at the time got us on track with some important goals , I dont know if we will see him again though Who knows ?
i expect some players to leave as has been mentioned before i think we all have an idea who will be leaving generally

Waited years for the "real" local derby to come back and we only get a season in before yer team goes and ruins it
We kept our end of the bargain too ,
just get back up here this time next year and reinstate the fixture ,
From what i could see you kept the core of the promoted team and didn't recruit enough the latter signings of Crane and Offord were just too late
And as for Calum crane he signed a two year deal with you so you will most likely have him next season at least .

Well IMO moving a back to the attack is less dodgy than moving an attacker into defence ,but maybe thats just me, in any case its all history now .. see you saturday (from a healthy distance )

thanks for that , i was not so long ago before the new Alva academy was built that the ground of Alva albion still kind of existed ,~according to my memory there were remnants of the perimiter with posts and the remnants of a dugout still in place still used as a playing field now but plastic ? in place .
would love to see reports or results between Alva and Alloa maybe john glencross will know .
