Any guess on how many Conservatives will switch before the next GE?
Could be the beginning of the end for Tory domination at the next GE and for the future if the Conservatives really do have their core support split, not just UK but in England. The more voters transition to Reform UK the bigger the advantage Labour will have. Labour could be clear large majority winners at the next GE and going forward the UK could see a Labour government in power for many years to come completely unchallenged, thanks to Reform UK.
In Scotland Reform have pledged to (as everywhere else) have a candidate stand for every seat at the next election, it will be interesting to see if this takes root in Scotland after years of Tory failure and the usual one horse race every election. In Scotland I doubt any candidate will come anywhere near the top five for any seat, they will struggle here since we don't seem get a lot of overloaded small boats from France. Its an English problem, why should it concern us?
I think they'll get trounced in the next GE then do a bit of soul searching.
Good chance they'll start leaning further to the right and co-opting Reform's policies, or at least ramp up the rhetoric. The membership, who are more right-leaning than the MPs, would lap it up.
They could appoint Braverman or someone similar as leader.

As I've posted before the whole non story will be fired up again just before an election.
It's a typical tory/ring wing security services attempt to discredit, it's a well trodden path.
Fool's will believe it.
The fools are the ones who don't believe it.
Otherwise they'd easily be able to explain the missing 'ring fenced' 600k and the police would leave them alone.

I reckon Nigel has big plans to try to get some big Tory names (Boris?) to defect to Reform after the next election
It's either going to be that or Farage being welcomed into the Tories.
The scene is being set

Probably the easiest place to post it is in here, no doubt the Bun will yet tease it out for a bit but anyone want to venture an opinion on the mad shaggers? Or any of the repressed prurient bunch want to say it’s none of our business?
There are that many SNP scandals that you hardly bat an eyelid now.

Just admit I'm right.
That guy having to have the amount of protection he does is an absolute disgrace.
I'm delighted he won and the other parties are only being childish by not negotiating with him. It's only going to accelerate the increase in his support in the long run though, which is good.

Wilders has been doing this for a long time, steadily growing in support as more and more youth come onto the scene and see what is happening.
Apparently he did a great job in the recent debate.
The fact he can't live a normal life is awful, so huge respect to him for continuing to plod on regardless.

Not bigotry then?
Bigotry is certainly something that can be ascribed to the SNP.

Great that the roasters finally have their own wee thread to circle jerk in. See it's already "attracted" an alias.
Instead of putting dodgy sexual images in our heads, why not make a constructive point?
The SNP are on their knees. This Matheson scandal is just yet another in the huge and still growing list.
They are Scotland's shame.

Yousaf is certainly having some week:
Doesn't 'know' when the Scot govt were asked to hand over WhatsApp messages (or indeed which ones were deleted)
Is all for a demo on Remembrance weekend
Hands 750k of public money to a group which backs Hamas
Is still in knots over the Council Tax Freeze and 2nd Homes
Defends his Health Secretary racking up an 11K bill on his I-pad with public money.
What's he going to do next for an encore?
Maybe he'll give us another racist speech against 96% of the country's citizens.

I'm genuinely curious what Stella Creasy has done that you think she's worse than, say, Peter Bone? Or whichever Tory MP we're discovering this week has sexually assaulted someone?
I am not a fan of Stella Creasy at all. She seems to be one of these feminist types who sees sexism in everything. I'm pro-life so also don't like her abortion stance.
She's an extremist.
I'm afraid I don't know much about Peter Bone or the sexual assaulter you speak of, but it's interesting that most others haven't chosen them either. I just chose the five who I see as the worst.

That trend will only continue as the full extent of the SNP's corruption, incompetency and arrogance becomes increasingly apparent.

Sare Elba's conference actually looked busier than the SNP one.
Quite funny watching Mad Taz slate her former parties, all 3 of them
Still though, genital inspectors n' that.

He's not savvy though and no Labour or Tory leader will offer any sort of referendum now.
After a UK election win in the next 14 months Scotland will be a low priority for Keir Starmer, he's more interested in keeping the votes of the red wall racists in the north of England and he will inherit one of the worst in trays of any incoming PM. Despite the howls of the IndyNow brigade on Social Media this is a long game and they need to wake up to that fact.

Whenever a constitutional issue dominates, Labour lose out.
As the Scottish and EU referendums both fade into memory, it's no surprise to see Labour climbing in the polls again.
It pains me to say it, but we actually need a strong Labour in Scotland.

Shouty Sorcha had her usual angry face on, coming across like a spoiled brat. No wonder Sir Jeff trounced her at the last GE.
There's only so many times you can shout at the DUP for not returning to the assembly without addressing their concerns, before it looks utterly ridiculous.
A functioning Stormont isn't going to solve the cost of living crisis sweetheart.
