So a programme on a channel called GB News, who call themselves a News Channel, which has a live ticker along the bottom relaying News, has live segments where people talk about the News and where the host interviews people about stories that are in the News is not actually a News programme. Good to know.
Hiya John!

"Presenting directly to the audience" is wildly different to what Nicolson said, and isn't what Rees-Mogg does on the programme. The points he looks at the camera are to lay out the topic before it's discussed in an interview.
Yeah, mad John deliberately misrepresented the rule and even held up a still of Mogg looking into the camera as if it was proof.

So who are the two trolls here? I mean what were their previous aliases?
Some of the posts are pretty hateful, so I'm thinking one of them will be Benjamin Nevis.

Some angry people here.
Tolerance is the key, folks.
Admittedly, the leccy bills and rain analogy made me smile.

Great day in Glasgow yesterday, and a larger turnout than usual from participants and spectators alike.
Animosity towards us is on the decrease. It's a generational thing IMO, with youngsters just not having the same anti-orange hatred that many of their fathers/grandfathers did.
Hopefully this continues, but I see some on here are still in the dark ages. The world will leave you behind guys.

Sad eh? They are best ignored.

Books.....newspapers?
Dad used to kindle the fire with newspapers and then use one to hold against the fireplace to make it 'roar'....then the paper would go on fire .
Newspapers are fantastic for starting an open fire

Well done to Nigel for ignoring the wee troll.

When books are burned freedom is lost.
I agree, but that doesn't mean it should be criminalised.

Only done the Memorial Hall. Might get around to the other one at some point but still have things like the Giants Causeway to check out as well if I can ever find a reason to visit that part of the world again.
The Siege Museum is terrific.

It's distasteful, but in a free society people should be able to burn whatever books they want.

I've heard this happen to various accounts held by those on the right. Unfortunately the people in question don't have the same reach/platform that Farage does.
Let's face it, it shouldn't be happening in a free society.
Hopefully the situation is resolved without too much embarrassment to the bank.

No I’m happy for nationalists to speak because I accept democracy, you also inadvertently benefit the cause to remain in the UK so it’s a win win.

Sad eh? They are best ignored. If you behave in the same way back, then it'll be you that gets the ban. Sad but true.
The mindset of the SNP is to ban ban ban, and that filters down to their supporters. Humza's hate speech laws are an absolutely disgrace in a supposedly free society. It's fascist, as you rightly say.

It's time that Quisling/Traitor Jack was mentioned along with his Remora Ross, as the westminster appointed governor of the Scottish Colony he is determined to challenge any legally devolved bills to suit the westminster jackboots, yet we never hear anything that insect does to benefit Scotland.
The good news is that filth like him will soon disappear after the next election though we will not forget his betrayals.
Another example of the civic and joyous mhovement we all know and love.

That's pretty much what bothers me I guess.
Many things I say are jumped on not because the poster is expressing how they specifically disagree with my point , but because it was in the wrong newspaper or is the same view as Posie Parker or other individual classed as a bigot etc. Maybe also worth pointing out how many (leftie, feminist) journalists have already jumped ship from the Guardian a few years back, landing up at the Times and Telegraph where they maybe didn't feel they fitted, but were able to publish articles on this topic.
Personally I am tired of all the click baity world of news now and every publication lets folk turn out any amount of shite and opinion pieces. But at least the 'Tory' papers published some of both varieties of it on this topic I reckon.
NB not a Nazi fan, nor a supporter of some of the Antifa behaviour at some of the protests either. Mild critical comment about one doesny actually mean big fan of the other. I actually feel a little insane that I have to clarify that mad shit. Here's where we are, I guess.
I notice this too.
If you were to act in the same obnoxious manner then you'd be banned straight away.
