If we're as bad as we look, you've got Davidson for another full season. Enjoy.
The Saints joining forces to be the supreme diddies of the league

That motivation to win that money spinning move.
Not going very well so far for him. Mid July and he's still at home
I guess we'll soon find out what's going on. Although when a player leaves to go elsewhere... I Don't really care where .

Imagine making Clark the highest paid player in club history and we get the two year ago version?
Oaft.
What do we think was the reason behind the improvement in form?
Experience? Confidence? Maturity as a person? Being pushed hard by Parish?!

although in fairness he’s not wrong more than £20 is too much.
I'm expecting some significant increases in prices at some away games this year.

What was it at Easter Road last game of the season. £28? £30?

To me there’s a slight difference though - Robinson did this to protect himself last season with a squad that was quite streaky to begin with and ultimately wasn’t his; whereas Callum is doing it with a squad that he built. 10 (not including Max) of the 15 that that played on Saturday, were signed by Davidson. That screams huge alarm bells to me
I was Just thinking about it on a more basic level.
Upsetting people probably doesn't bring you good results

Listening to the Sportsound podcast from today and it's about St. Mirren.
They're talking about how publicly critical Steven Robinson was about the players. "Chucking players under the bus" was used.
There's a definite comparison to be made with Davidson there. Both very critical of the players publicly with the poor results to match.
Maybe Davidson should stop it...

We've got a game tomorrow so I imagine it'll have been our U17s you played with Gregory Vignal as manager.
as do Saints.

Not the version of events I’d heard either. No doubt Davidson trying to put out an ‘alternative truth’ to protect himself, again.
Was he not previously quoted as saying "you can't stand in players ways with opportunities like that come along"

I make that 10 wins in the last 43 competitive games

We won't stay in the division if this is allowed to continue.
They've got their ready made excuse/response sorted for that already.
"Clubs like ours have no right to stay in the division.
It was inevitable that it would happen eventually.
What a great run it was"

Why would they not even remotely be considering a change?
I don't think they're anywhere as upset about it as the fans are. It would have been done in the summer if there was a desire to do so.
"Stay in the division is our aim"

We can speculate all we like.
Whether you're someone who wants him out or want him to stay.
Do you honestly believe the club are even remotely considering removing the management team?
I very much doubt they are.

Murphy again.

QoS through on goal. Had all day to score and he missed.
This could have been 4 or 5.

He’s currently sat leaning against a wall with his arms folded - looks lost
He's thinking about who he can blame in his full time interview.

You mean he's changed the formation!!
Still hasn't improved any no matter the way we dress it up.
Been under pressure solidly last 10 mins. They nearly scored again

Carey has moved deep and Murphy up front with May.

Absolutely brilliant from Murphy.
Not bad for an old b*****d

Well and truly boo'd off.
Not good enough. Why are we so passive?
We'll get a couple of changes at half time. Brown or Gilmour hauled off and either the same shape of some weird 4-4-2 with may wide left.

Thanks.
Worried it would be so, a change to a back 4 wouldve shown some sense considering the 11 players.
Gilmour rwb expected usual. Isn't working, he just isn't capable of beating a man out wide. He also doesn't have any delivery.
Did okay-ish in possession after they scored but final ball is nowhere near up to it.
QoS look a threat on the counter and if you asked a neutral they'd say they're the team 2 leagues above.
The goal was odd. Not sure what happened. Seemed to trickle over the line.

Id be wary of believing a guy whos spent the past month running around that forum mocking anyone who thinks Callum Davidson has fucked us this Summer.
Will need to wait and hear from someone at the game what the shape is.
I'm there. Definitely isn't a 4
