Think a lot of people mixing up good/favourite players with cult heroes. As a Hearts fan with no allegiance at all to Dundee Utd I’d suggest the ultimate cult hero across Scottish fitba as the aforementioned Davie Bowman. More famous (infamous?) for his disciplinary record than his football ability but loved for it.

Yes - agree 100% with this. I listened to that and it was absolutely awful. I’m not a fan of either OF team and was about 8 at the time of the ‘shame game’ but still had a better memory of it than this so called Celtic fan. Awful, absolutely awful.

I listened to the podcast this week and really enjoyed Colin McIntyre (aka Mull Historical Society). His song at the end was fantastic - a really enjoyable guest. (Tam’s patter still shite though )

Cue Tam Cowan wading in to make a “joke” about a Rangers fan using the word “mass” on a Sunday….. chuckles all round Just cut this absolute embarrassing pish out. I’ve said it before, both presenters will say that they are anti sectarian but continue to go for the very cheap laughs like this every single time. Why even reference this. So so cringeworthy - and another reason to suggest that this show is of its time and should be binned.
