Mate, shut up. Imagine you were sitting watching your boy and some dafty starts shouting the odds at him. You’d bite, I’d bite. Can’t blame them.

See my above point. It’s not his fault. He’s not at the standard required but he’s basically being hung out to dry because poor recruitment has led to him playing out of position in a level way higher than he’s capable of performing at.

Scullion is not the overriding issue here.

Even amateurs know what way they are shooting guy is a liability

Stephen Swift has been appointed Clyde assistant manager until the end of the season.

To me, it seems like this is essentially a trial period and if successful, he’ll probably take over from Duffy next season. Seems like we’re not content with taking sub-par League 2 players, we’ve now expanded into managerial appointments too.

Any positivity from here at all or are we talking abject failure? Seems like he put a decent squad together this season and it just hasn’t worked?

Hopefully I am wrong but he is a mid table lowland league manager which matches our current boards ambitions

I see Alexander has chucked it good riddance can see news of crownpoint coming out soon and it won't be good news that's how he's away

He is still on the foundation board who are the ones bidding for crownpoint which will be his focus

No news on Crownpoint yet, then? Is there a date when the decision will be confirmed?

I think a business plan from the applicants has to be put before a committee which might happen before the summer more likely the autumn

The guy is an idiot, why keep putting your family through this when the same thing has happened at every team since January last year.  Surely he now realises he’s finished as a player certainly in the UK.  I said after we chased him and then Clyde forced him out that his only realistic option if he wanted to play was to go abroad. Even then he’d be limited in which countries might accept him. Just hang your boots up, it’s over, you should think yourself lucky you got to play on with Clyde.

Well Saudi Arabia accepted CR7 so not impossible

Against a better team we’d have been losing at half time with the amount of times we gave the ball away at the back. Think we were good for the win, as Clyde were poor but would’ve preferred another goal to be more comfortable. As much as he’s a deplorable human being and most decent Clyde fans will be glad he isn’t at their club anymore, that could’ve been 3-1 Clyde with Goodwillie playing. Ref was awful.

Really missed Jordan Allan today, Poor mistake from Hynes but he is a right back dunno why Duffy is playing him in midfield but still had a couple of great chances in the first half we should have scored

Oh please! Says everything about him if he’s made this about a child. That’s a commitment and responsibility he’ll have long after he’s stopped kicking a ball. Will Ross County be looking after him gor the next 20 years?

I know mate Lord Haugheys millions just aren't good enough he is away chasing Roy MacGregors cash cow raking it in from global energy profiteering on the back of a cost of living crisis
