Nope, normally I hate missing a game but I'm not fussed this week after how utterly dreadful we've decided to play this season so far.
Not sure you should be fussed to go to any game at all since you booed the team off on the 2nd game of the season

Absolutely cracking signing (should be). Please Ray, play some attacking football on Saturday.
I wonder how we'll line up at the weekend, maybe this?
McCallum
Morrison, Munro, Allan
Nditi, Whatley, Inglis, Moore
MacLeod, Skelly, Ferguson
The front 3 being very narrow meaning all the width comes from Roberto & Smokie?
How long is Hutchinson out for?
If he’s still out for Saturday I’d play that lineup but move Whatley into defence replacing Munro to fit in Seb Ross somewhere

So I should be happy we won some games?
Did we not win games last season? So we should be giddy?
You are acting as if league titles and promotions are the most important thing for us when we’ve only won 3 titles in our history and last promotion was 2017.
It’s Forfar Athletic not Real Madrid, a good season (in league 1) is getting play offs (which we usually bottle) or 5th place. If you care so much about us winning as many titles as possible then you must be really miserable.

It's worse IMO.
Irvine's first season in charge seems to have been erased from some folks memories, you know the one where Matty Aitken was good.
I consider Irvine's first season to be the one where he didn’t have Scott Robertson holding his hand

Keeping a keen eye on Forfar after hearing they were away to do the League Cup and League 2 double, obviously went out of the League Cup in hilarious fashion after acting like you’d won it and it seems like it’s been a pretty underwhelming start to the League campaign too
What ashame
It didn’t matter about getting out the group as we haven’t gotten out in years. The only thing that mattered was beating Arbroath and Montrose, we did both.

Can’t see anything but a Clyde win here. Who are Forfar Athletic?
A club with a stadium

Right now McKinnon is the problem. He built this squad (after his failed attempt at doing a runner).
He sets them up to fail. Agree on all the points about Munro, Robson etc but blame lies at Raymond, we can all see certain individuals aren't good enough yet he flings them out there like a shitty nappy.
It's not time for jotters but 6 points minimum required from the next 3 games.
You have to understand McKinnon hadn’t had the chance to play our strongest XI in the league yet due to so many injuries.
I know that excuse only lasted so long with Irvine but look at the squad we have now compared to last season.

Duncan Ferguson's son up against this well known physical bonnyrigg team sounds tasty.
Lad could be playing (in the stand) champions league this season but has decided that Saturday afternoons at station park is better than Tuesday nights at St James park.
Love it!

Hoping the Dumbarton groundsman has looked at the weather forecast and put a sheet down over the pitch for tonight.
Otherwise I have doubts the game will go ahead

Jay Kennedy was only since last Christmas (could be wrong) by then we had Ray and started to improve. In truth we've never seen any backup goalie play, not even in friendlies since Hoban.
We have seen Sanderson play about 15 mins against Dunfermline in a friendly aswell as against Stenny competitively when Marc had covid, but Sanderson was pish.

I believe our strongest lineup currently based on league cup and league so far is:
3-4-3
GK: McCallum
LCB: Hutchinson
CB: Morrison
RCB: Allan
LWB: Moore
LCM: Whatley
RCM: Inglis
RWB: Nditi
LW: Ross
ST: Skelly
RW: Thomson

McCallum looks like he's back on it after a few meh seasons, maybe Zach Paris is the most capable subbie GK we've had since maybe Hoban.
Forgetting Jay Kennedy’s time was after Hoban?

I absolute was. Same toothless nonsense in the league that we ended last season with.
League cup is a free hit, results are meaningless.
Absolutely embarrassing booing if we aren’t at least 3-0 down
Whats the point in going to games if you aren’t going to back the squad we’ve got?

Didn’t think the referee was that bad.
Jesus Christ we need a striker but speaking to Ray I wouldn’t hold your breath
The only main highlight from the ref was giving us absolutely nothing for what happened to Seb

Was looking at the other results from League 2 today and it turns out that Luke Mahady is playing for Bonnyrigg and scored for them today

Thomson has to be starting, just a different feel to it when he came on. Paterson looked well off the pace.
Aye I agree Thommo should be starting but I think after Patty came on against Saints and changed the game he deserved a start today

A problem at the start of last season was our friendlies were against Teams at a higher level than us and we started the season with no confidence booster.
I personally wouldn’t have called Washington Huskies a higher level pre match but I thought differently afterwards
Another problem with those friendlies was having too much trialists, we only had about 4-5 properly signed players in those friendlies so the squad didn’t have much game experience with eachother. The only Trialists we signed was Joshua Jack and Tarek Abed aswell so I didn’t see the need in playing that many.

Let's put last weekend behind us and look forward to Stenny away. Obviously looking for a win but I won't be surprised to see Matty Aitken actually scoring for Stenny on Saturday.
Ross Meechan pings it over to Kirkpatrick who plays it across to Matty Aitken for a tap in. That’s what I think will end up happening

Out the cup after acting like you’d won the thing on Tuesday - get it right up you and enjoy League 2 you diddies
Rather be in a League 2 title race than a championship relegation battle

Think all are available so I’d go unchanged from last week. Thought ray got it pretty much spot on
I would start Thomson over Whatley to slot Kinglis back in the middle
