  1. That would involve communicating with fans. Even just to call us c***s. Not going to happen. I am happy to be called a c**t at any time though because I undoubtedly am a massive one.
  2. Too punty for Broons liking. Big man's been good defensively this season but I can see why the boss is frustrated with him.
  3. Those Top 10 goals do a good job of summarising how guff this season's been.
  4. Class finish for his goal to be fair. Pick of the bunch. Just wish he'd do it more often.
  5. Always felt he was a stand out player whenever we played Thistle. He was always excellent against us in every game. Would definately take him.
  6. 3 years of slowing down attacks by passing the ball backwards and getting away with it because he scores against diddies. Useful squad player but not a starter for me. Id prefer Syla in CM with a more dynamic player beside him who can pick a pass and chip in with some goals.
  7. The most memorable goal for me last season was Chalmers away to Partick. Lovely wee bit of trickery and a sublime curler from the corner of the box. That's why I'd like him to stay, he is able to score goals not many others in the league are capable of. A game ruined btw by that wee poultice David Munro who allowed 3 dodgy Partick goals to stand. Worst ref in Scotland.
  8. Anyone who doesn't think Chalmers is good enough for Ayr is absolutely bonkers. He'll not beat his man every time, he'll not track back much and he's as one footed as it gets. When he gets the ball though he gets you off your seat and you expect something to happen. He"s a terrific championship player and will be the difference next season in a team with better balance and identity than the shit show we've had this season. If he goes to Airdrie/Raith/Partick we'll wish we'd kept him.
  9. Really sorry to hear that mate. You're Grampa done the best thing he could do for a lad. The best memories aren't about winning trophies or glory hunting, it's about doing something you love with people you love.
  10. Yeah It looked like Dowds was meant to be on them. We don't have a regular pk taker so it's good to see them both score. Murphy and Dempsey have been taking them with varying success in the past, interesting to see they've been stood down.
  11. Should probably have PK taker sorted before the game starts but quite encouraging to have 2 strikers that both wanted it and stuck them away.
  12. He played very well today, would have to see him do it more often though. Stranger was good again today. It's good to look decent against a side as bad as Arbroath though. Good win though, I'll take it.
