If Rangers and Celtic can pull in 50,000 bigots for a game then it's quality not quantity that counts in Scottish football.

    And we're quality.

It wasn't meant to be a criticism of Edinburgh , genuinely interested to see how many Hamilton fans were there yesterday and to do that I need to know how many Edinburgh fans were there . Good luck for the rest of the season and in the future.

It's almost as if Celtic and Rangers fans don't understand that, to win a league or a cup, there have to be other teams in the competitions for these two teams to beat. It's almost as if they can't understand that it's possible to support a team that don't win the vast majority of their matches. Aberdeen have taken it to an extreme this season certainly.

There's rules and there are Celtic rules , they are two seperate entity's.

The pressure is being put on him because of your fanbase. So you can't glibly say that it's not down to your wonderful fans.

I wonder what the ovation would have been like if the mentalists had been losing to rangers at that time. Very different I'm sure. Good luck to Abada, a very good player.

Fair play to Casey for getting a few games in against Rangers before executing his plan to crock someone. If he did it every game someone might clock onto his plan.

Seriously though, what a sad sad existence it must be to be that bitter and paranoid. I see some ex ref chimed in just to keep the fires of injustice burning.

The same ex ref who was hunted from the English leagues because he was shite.

Still can't work out how he's got away with his chat to Jane Lewis last week. He should be pulled up on it every interview.

It's because the media in this country are shit scared to say anything negative about that shower of scumbags .

Just shows my memory ain’t what it was - I pictured the two of them playing up top against St Johnstone or someone at Fir Park.

The left back was probably miles out of position ,  but you're spot on none of the two of them were any good , just like most of the signings at that time.

I don’t expect this will be a popular take but I think that a big part of the problem with VAR is that the slowing down of incidents is exposing flaws in the rules of the game .

Personally I think that the laws surrounding offside and hand ball in the box are far too open to interpretation and need to be re- written and tightened up .

Celtic are in the process of doing that.

Years ago McLeish signed two diminutive strikers  from Admira Wacker in Austria called Mario Dorner and Franz Resch . The fans were quite excited to see what they could do , but the answer was f**k all.

They were both absolute cack and played about three games before getting punted down south, again as a BOGOF deal.

    Resch was a left back

Accies bogey team to get at least a draw in amongst the usual mad rash of John Rankin substitutions.

Another few hundred Accies Season Book holders not turning up to highlight they are fed up with this Manager.

I would be amazed if they have season tickets that number in three figures.

TBF, we will make a pretty decent wedge from Kelly being at the Euros, and I'd say dropping him at any point between now and the end of the season probably finishes any chances of him going.

There are various murmurings of him being on an absolutely daft wage, aren't there? Probably has a bearing on it as well.

We also lost a fair wedge due to losing to Morton.

Motherwell should be first priority not Scotland.

Could see that result tonight coming a mile away. Ever since Robinson left I've expected nothing from games like this, however I don't know what has to change in order for us to not shit the bed in cup games. Only thing that concerns me in the last few games is the use / lack of subs, saying to my dad the other night that Kettlewell seems inept when it comings to changing things up in a game. I mean, Obika instead of Nicholson?? And against county I would have had some debutants on at the hour mark, get them up to speed instead of flinging them on away to Morton looking to get back in a game. Final point, hopefully Kelly doesn't get a new contract, having been blessed with some top keepers over the years he really is the worst I've seen in a long time in a well top. Anyone else find it counter productive having a keeper as captain? If it was me I'd have someone in defence/midfield who's more able to dictate the game

This is where I am at. I think we can all assume that Oxborough is not any better than Kelly or even on a par with him as otherwise surely he would get a chance. This however is rather unfortunate recruitment if we have somehow signed a back up goalie on reasonable wages who cannot get at least one opportunity to play in the league this season.

In some ways it is admirable that Ketts sticks by his Captain and tells everyone what he is capable of. The problem is his form is really poor this season. The stats make that perfectly clear. His decent performances are heavily outweighed by games where he is failing to do even basic goalkeeping.

I watched some of the St Mirren v Celtic game and at least on 3 occasions St Mirren put the ball right on the goal line and Hart managed on each occasion to get a fist to the cross and punch away to safety. And I don’t particularly rate Hart.

We may still have gone on to lose the cup game, but make no mistake losing the 1st goal helped set the tone for what followed. Yes I accept that the rest of the team (including the Manager) hardly stepped up that evening either.

The press conference suggests he is not going to drop Kelly this midweek. Shame. He could do with a stint on the bench. I would rather find out that Oxborough is dog meat than watch Kelly throw one in or continue his poor form which could cost us yet again. And if that does happen you cannot say the Manager was not forew

Oxborough has been at the club longer than kettlewell has been manager . If he has no confidence in him he has had two transfer windows to solve this problem, that is down to him . If Kelly is such a big influence in the dressing room then that's where he should stay.

Paul mcginn is the obvious captain.
