  1. Trying to hop on the Luke Littler hype train
  2. Good to see Luke Rankin getting East Stirlingshire's Players Player of the Season Award. Well deserved for him
  3. Yeah joined in 2019 when they were in League Two.
  4. 22 goals in 24 games now. some return for him. 7 goals across two games against Hearts and Celtic B as well
  5. The away side will be more disappointed leaving with a point. Think the Annan win over Cove makes that point an even better one. Just again couldn't take our chances and had some good ones but thought at the other end of the park PJ Morrison probably MOTM for some big saves
  6. Think last weeks win will give a good boost of momentum for the lads after failing to win the last three previous to Stirling. I think McKay might be in ahead of Devine, depending on the seriousness of the injury but thought McKay had a good performance when he came off the bench last week. Think it will be hard to make any changes apart from that though as everyone had a good game last week. But it will be a hard game tomorrow, as it always is with Montrose but we have probably deserved to win or at least take points in each of the three previous meetings but ultimately our own individual errors have cost us. Think I seen the minimum to secure the play-off place is that we can draw the next two but we need to go out there and have a winning mentality for our last four fixtures of the league campaign
  7. Great seeing Luke do so well this season. Feel the 'Shire are a great club for young SPFL loanees. Feel when Luke made cameos for us all he was lacking was experience so all of his work this season is only a good thing for us next season, same for Nathan Cannon and Reece Mullin who are all away on loan to lower league clubs which again only a good thing for them to get game time as well as experience
  8. Kurtis in the TOTW. Deserved probably for the goal and sure work rate he has when playing for us. Think the goal puts him in over Miko.
  9. Yeah the one from Scougalls corner? First home game of the season last term I'm sure.
  10. Yeah really poor goalkeeping , after the abuse he was getting after his mistakes last week probably didn't help himself to get back in the good books. Well by the end of the season, there might only be 2 Forth Valley teams left in League One
  11. To be fair on a young vloggers YouTube video from the game I seen Taggart removing it but didn't see him getting told off. But on your first point, I remember in the 4-1 win against Cove in February being behind the goal and think when the 4th goal went in the players came over and celebrating with is and remember one of the security started grabbing me and another lad out the way, only him doing it by the way and no one else. DId seem an angry fella
  12. https://www.alloaadvertiser.com/news/24239283.stirling-albion-condemn-fans-caused-trouble-alloa-match/ Seen the guys who were hit at the game by the Albion fans but didn't know Taggs was hit on the pitch by objects as well
  13. Been raving about him for the last while now, was a big part I believe in our winning run in February in the midfield and a bit of our performance differed when he was absent. And came back in the midfield on Saturday and as you say @Roryprobably his best performance in Black and Gold. In his best position alongside Kurtis Roberts who I would keep as the midfield two for as long as we have them at our disposal
  14. With Stirling who's last four games of the season are teams around them in the league, Kelty - Queens - Edinburgh and final day clash with Annan which with results for either teams leading up to it could lead to the relegation and agree with you because Stirling didn't give an indication of a team that will be staying up next season, and with how Annan have played recently can see them getting out of 9th
  15. @Kevchenkoif only you saved your 5-1 prediction for another week...
  16. I think the 5 point cushion (for now with Montrose probably getting 3 points over Edinburgh when they re-arrange) and as you say the next two are massive, the momentum from yesterday will have an impact hopefully and if we can get 4-6 points in the two games, I think we can be comfortable going into the games against Hamilton and Falkirk with the security and maybe even the confirmation of play-offs
  17. Think tomorrow's game could be in real jeopardy with the weather and the constant rain today, which I think will continue tomorrow. Probably the bother with Stirling having the grass pitch
  18. Remember seeing it mentioned a while ago but on the Dunnottar Retro Football Shirts who do a few Alloa ones. Wondering if anyone else has purchased from them and if so how is the quality?
